Abstract
Salah satu perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit di wilayah Kalimantan adalah PT Mitra Austral Sejahtera. Pada bulan Januari hingga bulan agustus 2018 perusahaan ini mangalami penurunan produktivitas. Dimana setiap bulannya selalu tidak mencapai target produksi yang telah dibuat. Hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor mesin produksi. Mesin produksi yang sering mengalami masalah yaitu terdapat pada stasiun boiler. stasiun boiler ini sebagai penunjang listrik dan membantu mesin produksi lainnya untuk beroperasi. Maka dari itu jika pada stasiun ini mengalami kerusakan, perusahaan tidak dapat beroperasi. Salah satu faktor utamanya adalah lamanya dalam mengidentifikasi kerusakan. Sehingga diperlukannya suatu metode untuk dapat mengetahui kerusakan mesin yang mengalami masalah dengan metode Case Based Reasoning (CBR). Case Based Reasoning adalah metode pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan kasus lama sebagai solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah baru. Dalam metode Case Based Reasoning (CBR) ini terdapat empat putaran proses yang disebut dengan Four Re’s yaitu retrieve, reuse, revise dan retain. Dalam proses identifikasi masalah dibantu dengan perhitungan dengan menggunakan algoritma nearest neighbor tujuannya mengetahui score terbaik. Seluruh rancangan diterapkan dengan program visual basic.net sebagai prototype dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi Case Based Reasoning (CBR) yang berfungsi sebagai aplikasi troubleshooting kerusakan mesin yang dapat membantu divisi perawatan dalam melakukan identifikasi kerusakan mesin. Dari hasil uji coba dengan Four Re’s, aplikasi ini dapat menyimpan kasus-kasus baru yang ada, dan juga aplikasi yang dirancang ini telah dilakukan uji verifikasi dan validasi. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada karyawan dalam penyimpanan dokumentasi kerusakan dan sebagai penyelesaian kerusakan.
English Abstract
One of the oil palm plantation companies in the Kalimantan region is PT Mitra Austral Sejahtera. In January to August 2018 the company experienced a decline in productivity. Where every month always does not reach the production target that has been made. This is caused by the factors of production machinery. Production machines that often have problems are found at the boiler station. This boiler station supports electricity and helps other production machines to operate. Therefore if the station is damaged, the company cannot operate. One of the main factors is the length in identifying damage. So that a method is needed to find out the damage to the engine that has a problem with the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method. Case Based Reasoning is a method of decision making by using old cases as a solution to solve new problems. In the method of Case Based Reasoning (CBR), there are four rounds of processes called Four References, namely retrieval, reuse, revise and retain. In the process of identifying problems aided by calculations using the nearest neighbor algorithm the objective is to find the best score. All designs are implemented with the Visual Basic.net program as a prototype in this study. The results of this study are the application of Case Based Reasoning (CBR) which functions as a troubleshooting application for machine that can assist the maintenance division in identifying machine damage. From the results of trials with Four Re's, this application can store new cases that exist, and also the application designed has been carried out verification and validation tests. The aim is to provide convenience to employees in the storage of damage documentation and as a settlement of damage.
