Abstract
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap Corporate Sosial Responsibility (CSR) perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pertanian di Indonesia periode 2012-2016 yang dalam laporan tahunan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2012-2016 Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan publik dibidang pertanian yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang mempunyai laporan tahunan selama 2012-2016. Pengumpulan data dengan menelusuri laporan tahunan perusahaan dibidang pertanian yang didapat dari Pojok Bursa Efek Indonesia Universitas Brawijaya yang berada dijalan MT. Haryono no 165 Malang Jawa Timur. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan dibidang pertanian yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2012-2016 dan menerbitkan annual report pada periode 2012-2016. Dari 21 perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia terdapat 15 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel yang telah ditentukan dalam batasan masalah pada penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis koefisien determinasi dan analisis regresi berganda. Dalam penelitian ini, kinerja keuangan perusahaan diproyeksikan dengan melihat nilai Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Investment (ROI), dan Total Asset Turnover dan untuk mengukur CSR indeks digunakan standart GRI Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dari uji t variable Return on Equity (ROE), dan Return on Investment (ROI) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Sosial Responsibility (CSR) sedangkan variable total asset turnover berpengaruh secara signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa pada hipotesis pertama t hitung lebih kecil daripada t tabel (0.424 < 1.668) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.672 menunjukkan nilai signifikansi lebih besar daripada nilai signifikansi yang telah ditentukan yaitu sebesar 0.05 dan pada hipotesis kedua t hitung lebih kecil daripada t tabel (0.328 < 1.668) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.744 menunjukkan nilai signifikansi lebih besar daripada nilai signifikansi yang telah ditentukan yaitu sebesar 0.05 yang berarti Return on Investment berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility perusahaan pertanian sedangkan hipotesis ketiga t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel (2.482 > 1.668) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.015 menunjukkan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil daripada nilai signifikansi yang telah ditentukan yaitu sebesar 0.05 sehingga Total Asset Turnover berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility perusahaan pertanian periode 2012-2016
English Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of financial performance to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of company engaged in agriculture in Indonesia period 2012-2016 which in annual report listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2012-2016 Population in this research is entire company public in the field of agriculture that has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which has an annual report during 2012-2016. Data collection by tracking the company's annual report in the field of agriculture obtained from the Corner of Indonesia Stock Exchange Brawijaya University located on the road MT. Haryono no 165 Malang East Java. Data collection method in this research is documentation of financial report and company annual report. The samples in this study are all agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2016 and publish annual report in the period 2012-2016. Of the 21 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange there are 15 companies that meet the specified sample criteria within the limits of the problem in this study. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination analysis and multiple regression analysis. In this study, the company's financial performance is projected by looking at Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Investment (ROI), and Total Asset Turnover and to measure CSR index used GRI standard Based on the results of tests conducted from the test t variable Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Investment (ROI) has no significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure while variable total asset turnover significantly influence. It can be seen that the first hypothesis t arithmetic smaller than t table (0.424 <1.668) and significance value of 0.672 indicates a significance value greater than the value of significance that has been determined that is equal to 0.05 and the second hypothesis t arithmetic smaller than t table (0.328 <1.668) and the significance value of 0.744 indicates a significance value greater than the predetermined significance value of 0.05 which means that Return on Investment negatively affects the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility of agricultural enterprises while the third hypothesis t is greater than t table (2.482 > 1.668) and significance value of 0.015 indicates a significance value smaller than the predetermined significance value of 0.05 so Total Asset Turnover positively affect the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility of agricultural enterprises period 2012-2016
