Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention pada generasi Y. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan demikian metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 karyawan dengan rentang usia dalam kategori generasi Y. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perceived organizational support berperan negatif terhadap turnover intention pada generasi Y ditunjukkan dengan dari hasil β = -0,472 (ρ = 0,000; ρ<0,05) dan peran perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention pada generasi Y sebesar 43,5% (R2: 0,435).
English Abstract
The study aims to determine the role of perceived organizational support to turnover intention in generation Y. This research is a quantitative study thus method of collecting data used is questionnaire. The population in this study is 105 employees in the generation Y category. The analysis technique used is single linear regression. The result of this study proved that perceived organizational support negatively-significant to turnover intention in generation Y as showed by the result of β = -0,472 (ρ = 0,000; ρ<0,05) and the role of perceived organizational support to turnover intention in generation Y is 43,5% (R2: 0,435).
