Abstract
Penelitian studi kasus kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi praktik kewirausahaan politik Kepala Desa Argosari dalam Program 3 in 1. Kewirausahaan politik dilakukan oleh wirausaha politik yang memiliki kekuasaan dalam sistem politik (McCaffrey dan Salerno, 2011). Studi ini relevan dengan teori kewirausahaan politik bahwa Kepala Desa Argosari mendapatkan keuntungan politik dalam pemilihan kepala desa Argosari tahun 2018 dengan perolehan 2.222 suara mengalahkan rivalnya yang hanya mendapatkan 222 suara. Studi ini juga menjelaskan keberhasilan program 3 in 1 yang mendorong Dusun Bendrong meraih Trofi Kampung Iklim dan Trofi Kalpataru 2013. Faktor yang mendorong keberhasilan program 3 in 1 adalah bentuk sosialisasi yang dilakukan kepala desa didasarkan pada kondisi budaya masyarakat, dengan menggunakan event seperti Panggung Boneka, Lembar Dakwah Konservasi, Arisan, Karnaval Konservasi, Pengajian dan Cangkruan. Terakhir, penelitian studi kasus ini memperluas teori McCaffrey dan Salerno (2011), bahwa praktik kewirausahaan politik tidak terhenti pada alertness dan discovery, tapi juga didorong oleh faktor budaya dan kerukunan masyarakat.
English Abstract
This qualitative case study aims to explore political entrepreneurship practices of the Argosari Village Head of the 3 in 1 program. Political entrepreneurship is carried out by political entrepreneurs who have power in the political system. (McCaffrey and Salerno, 2011). This study is relevant to the theory of Political Entrepreneurship that the Argosari Village Head received political credit in the Argosari village-head election in 2018 with 2.222 votes defeated his rival who only got 222 votes. This study also explained the success of the 3 in 1 program that encouraged Bendrong Hamlet to win the Kampung Iklim Trophy and the Kalpataru Trophy in 2013. The factors that led to the success of the 3 in 1 program were the forms of socialization carried out by the village head, who used many events fit for the culture of the villagers, such as the Puppet Stage, Conservation Dakwah Sheet, Social Gathering, Conservation Carnival, Recitation and Cangkruan. Finally, this case study study extends the theory of McCaffrey and Salerno (2011), that the practice of political entrepreneurship does not stop only at both of the alertness and discovery, but it is also encouraged by utilizing the cultural and communal conditions of the community. The communality itself is the condition of the culture of the villagers such as community, social groups, social categories, groups and associations.
