Abstract
Sukuk Negara memainkan peran penting dalam fungsinya sebagai sumber pembiayaan alternatif untuk APBN Indonesia. Pemerintah terus melakukan diversifikasi instrumen untuk memperluas basis investor Sukuk Negara, salah satunya dengan menerbitkan Sovereign Green Sukuk. Namun, kesesuaian syariah dari sukuk sendiri masih menjadi perdebatan sehingga kesesuaian syariah Sovereign Green Sukuk pun patut dicurigai masih dapat diperdebatkan juga. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana kesesuaian syariah Sovereign Green Sukuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa terdapat isu bidangg syariah pada mekanisme purchase undertaking, lease agreement dan wakalah agreement.
English Abstract
Sovereign Sukuk plays an important role in its function as an alternative funding source for the Indonesian National Budget. The government continues to diversify its instruments to expand the Sovereign Sukuk investor base, one of them is by issuing Sovereign Green Sukuk.However, the compliance of sharia from sukuk itself is still a debate so that the compliance of the shariah from Sovereign Green Sukuk is suspected to be debatable as well.Therefore, this study wants to know how the compliance of the shariah from Sovereign Green Sukuk.This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of content analysis with methods of collecting data through documentation and interviews.The results of this study says that there are shariah issues in the mechanism of purchase undertaking, lease agreement and agreement agreement.
