Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal dan pengungkapan manajemen risiko terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015-2017. Sebanyak 60 perusahaan dipilih sebagai sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan 180 data berhasil dikumpulkan sebagai total observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan pengungkapan manajemen risiko berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan struktur modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
English Abstract
This purpose of this research is examine the influence of profitability, capital structure and risk management disclosure on company value. The object of the research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017. By using purposive sampling technique, 60 companies were selected as the sample, with 180 observed data point in total. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS 20. The analysis results indicated that profitability and risk management disclosure had positive influence on the company value, while capital structure had a negative influence on the company value.
