Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pemerintahan elektronikterhadap kepuasan pengguna situs web lapor.go.id pada tahun 2018 menggunakan dimensi e-govqual (2011). Adapun urgensi dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya dinamika dalam birokrasi LAPOR! yang berdampak pada kualitas situs web tersebut. E-govqual yang dijadikan sebagai dimensi pengukurterdiri dari enam variabel yakni kemudahan pengguna, kepercayaan, fungsi interaksi lingkungan, keandalan, tampilan konten informasi, dan dukungan terhadap pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu insidental sampling. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda menggunakan statistical package for social science (SPSS) 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dua hipotesis (fungsi interaksi lingkungan, dan tampilan konten informasi) ditolak. Sedangkan, empat hipotesis lainnya diterima (kemudahan pengguna, kepercayaan, keandalan, dan dukungan terhadap pengguna). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu e-govqual berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna situs web lapor.go.id pada tahun 2018.

English Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of electronic government quality on user satisfaction in lapor.go.id website using e-govqual dimension (2011). There had been dynamics in LAPOR! bureaucracy which may impacts the quality of its website. The purpose of this study was to empirically prove the statement. Egovqual dimension consists ofsix variabelswhich areease of use, trust, functionality of the interaction environment, reliability, content and appearance of information, andcitizen support. This study used quantitative method with 100 respondents. Accidental sampling was used as its technic sampling method. Statistical Package for Sosial Science (SPSS) 24 was used to analyze the multiple linear regression. The findings from this study reveal that two hypotheses (functionality of the interaction environment, and content and appearance of information) was rejected. Then, the remaining four hypotheses were accepted (ease of use, trust, reliability, and citizen support). The conclusion of this study was e-govqual has its impacts on user satisfaction in lapor.go.id website, year of 2018.
