Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara persepsi lingkungan kerja fisik dengan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 76 karyawan dan dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Skala yang digunakan yaitu skala lingkungan kerja yang disusun berdasarkan teori dari Sedarmayanti dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,886 serta skala kinerja karyawan dari Pratitha yang sudah di modifikasi dengan reliabilitas alat ukur sebesar 0,856. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi product moment pearson dan korelasi pearson. Hasil analisis variabel lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan menghasilkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,375 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001 yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara lingkungan kerja fisik dan kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between the sperception of the physical work environment and employee performance. The method used is quantitative correlation. The research subjects were 76 employees and were selected using incidental sampling techniques. The scale used is the scale of the work environment arranged based on the theory of Sedarmayanti with reliability of 0,886 and the scale of employee performance from Pratitha that has been modified with the reliability of the measuring instrument of 0,856. The analysis technique used is product moment Pearson correlation analysis and Pearson correlation. The results of the analysis of work environment variables with employee performance produce a correlation coefficient of 0,375 with a significance level of 0,001 which means there is a relationship between the physical work environment and employee performance.
