Abstract
One Click Service-Computer Based Test (OCS-CBT) adalah sistem ujian online berbasis website yang diterapkan di SMK PGRI 3 Malang. Penerapan One Click Service-Computer Based Test (OCS-CBT) sebagai bentuk wujud sarana dan prasarana teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas sistem One Click Service-Computer Based Test (OCSCBT) di SMK PGRI 3 Malang dengan menggunakan model SERVQUAL termodifikasi. Model ini terdiri atas tujuh variabel yaitu assurance, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, website content, service quality, dan satisfaction. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa aktif SMK PGRI 3 Malang kelas X dan XII sebesar 1664 orang. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan nilai galat pendugaan atau margin of error 9% dan mendapatkan responden sebesar 160 orang. Data didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada siswa dengan teknik proportional stratified purposive sampling berdasarkan keahlian atau jurusan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah statistika deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel assurance (71,60%), empathy (67,00%), responsiveness (68,80%), reliability (74,80%), website content (74,20%), service quality (75,20%), dan satisfaction (74,60%) berada pada kategori tinggi. Rekomendasi hasil penelitian ini adalah melakukan pelatihan kepada pengelola OCS-CBT, menerapkan help self, membentuk service desk, menambahkan fitur sesuai kebutuhan siswa, meningkatkan kecepatan internet, melakukan preview sebelum soal dikerjakan oleh siswa, membuat aturan atau standar tentang ukuran file serta format file, dan meminimalisir ukuran file gambar atau grafik.
English Abstract
One Click Service-Computer Based Test (OCS-CBT) is a website-based online exam system that is applied at SMK PGRI 3 Malang. The implementation of One Click Computer Based Tests (OCS-CBT) as a form of technological facilities and infrastructure in the field of education. The purpose of this study was to study the quality of the One Click Service-Computer Based Test (OCS-CBT) system at SMK PGRI 3 Malang using the modified term SERVQUAL model. This model consists of seven variables, namely assurance, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, website content, service quality, and satisfaction. The population in this study were active students of SMK PGRI 3 Malang in class X and XII for 1664 people. The sample is determined using the Slovin formula with an estimated error value or a 9% margin of error and get a respondent of 160 people. Data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to students with proportional stratified purposive sampling techniques based on expertise or majors. The analysis used is descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that assurance variables (71,60%), empathy (67,00%), responsiveness (68,80%), reliability (74,80%), website content (74,20%), quality services (75,20%), and satisfaction (74,60%) are in the high category. The recommendation of this research is to conduct training for OCS-CBT managers, request their own assistance, form a service desk, add features according to student needs, increase internet speed, preview before questions are done by students, make rules or standards about file size and format files, and minimize the size of image or graphic files.
