Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan Dokumen untuk membantu menangani permasalahan dalam pengelolaan arsip dokumen yang masih menggunakan cara manual dan belum terkomputerisasi di Dinas Sekretariat DPRD Kota Batu. Pengelolaan arsip dokumen yang masih manual menyebabkan kesulitan pada saat melakukan pencarian dokumen lama dan tidak adanya komputerisasi dokumen menyebabkan dokumen menjadi rawan rusak atau hilang jika terjadi musibah seperti kebakaran atau banjir. Sistem informasi ini dianalisis dan dirancang menggunakan pendekatan Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) dengan melakukan pemodelan proses bisnis, analisis persyaratan, perancangan sistem, dan yang terakhir melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem dengan menggunakan metode Traceability dan pengujian prototipe kepada pengguna sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model proses bisnis saat ini dan yang diusulkan, analisis persyaratan yang mencakup 18 fitur yang terkait dengan pengelolaan arsip, pencarian arsip, dan pengelolaan profil staf, 15 persyaratan fungsional, 3 persyaratan non-fungsional, 1 aktor, dan 5 use case. Hasil rancangan dari sistem ini terdiri dari arsitektur sistem, analisis use case, elemen rancangan, rancangan sequence diagram, rancangan kelas, rancangan basis data, rancangan antarmuka serta rancangan prototipe. Hasil evaluasi dengan menggunakan Traceability menunjukan bahwa semua persyaratan didefinisikan dengan benar dan memiliki kode unik sehingga setiap persyaratan fungsional dan rancangan antarmuka dari sistem dapat dengan mudah dilacak serta evaluasi pengujian prototipe diperoleh hasil bahwa alur dari semua skenario sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan pengguna, dan prototipe yang dijalankan sudah sesuai alur pada spesifikasi use case sistem.
English Abstract
This research aims to analyze and design a Document Archiving Information System to help deal with problems in the management of document archives that still use manual methods and have not been computerized at the House of Regional People's Representative Assembly Secretariat in Batu City. Managing document records that are still manual causes difficulties when searching for old documents and the lack of computerization of documents causes documents to be prone to damage or loss in the event of a disaster such as fire or flood.This information system is analyzed and designed using the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) approach. By doing business process modeling, requirements analysis, system design, and the last to evaluate the system using the Traceability method and prototype testing to system users.The results of this study obtained the current and proposed business process models, requirements analysis which included 18 features related to archive management, archive search, and staff profile management, 15 functional requirements, 3 non-functional requirements, 1 actor, and 5 use cases. The design results of this system consist of system architecture, use case analysis, design elements, sequence diagram design, class design, database design, interface design and prototype design. The evaluation results using Traceability show that all requirements are properly defined and have a unique code so that each functional requirement and interface design of the system can be easily tracked and evaluation of prototype testing shows that the flow of all scenarios is in accordance with what the user expects, and the prototype run according to the flow in the system use case specifications.
