Abstract
Dinas Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) Kota Batu adalah sebuah dinas yang bergerak dibidang politik untuk meningkatkan keamanan serta kesatuan bangsa di Kota Batu. Dinas Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Batu dibentuk berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kota Batu Nomor 6 Tahun 2008. Dinas ini memiliki beberapa layanan eksternal yaitu layanan izin survei dan magang, layanan pendaftaran ormas dan layanan informasi perkembangan politik dan informasi intellijen. Dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya dinas ini menggunakan cara yang manual pada layanan pendaftaran izin survei dan magang. Pemohon (mahasiswa dan pelajar) yang akan melakukan survei dan magang di berbagai Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) atau Dinas di Kota Batu harus mendatangi langsung kantor Dinas Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Batu dengan membawa beberapa persyaratan untuk mendapatkan surat izin pendaftaran. Kendala dan permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah ketika dibutuhkan tanda tangan surat izin dari kepala kantor namun kepala kantor sedang melakukan dinas keluar kota atau tidak berada di ruangan dan pemohon yang tinggal jauh dari Kesbangpol Kota Batu kesulitan karena harus melakukan proses pendaftaran dengan mendatangi kantor tersebut serta risiko kehilangan berkas. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan sistem informasi pendaftaran izin survei dan magang. analisis dan perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek. Evaluasi pada penelitian menggunakan consistency analysis, decision table dan pengujian prototipe. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi berbasis web dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek. Sistem ini memungkinkan Pemohon dapat melakukan pendaftaran melalui web, Kepala Kantor dapat melakukan verifikasi surat izin pendaftaran dan pihak yang bersangkutan dapat melakukan tugas mereka melalui sistem. Hasil evaluasi rancangan sistem informasi ini menunjukkan konsisten antara persyaratan dengan rancangan dan pengujian prototipe yang menghasilkan masukan untuk perbaikan rancangan.
English Abstract
National Unity and Political Agency of Batu City is a service that is engaged in politics to improve the security and unity of the nation in Batu City. National Unity and Political Agency of Batu City was formed based on the Batu City Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2008. The service has several external services, namely survey and apprenticeship services, mass organization registration services and political development information services and intelligence information. In carrying out its activities this service uses a manual method for survey permit and apprenticeship registration services. Applicants (students and students) who will conduct surveys and internships in various Regional Devices (OPD) or Agency in Batu City must visit the office of the National Unity and Political Agency of Batu City by bringing several conditions to obtain a registration permit. Constraints and problems faced are when a signature is needed from the head of office but the head of office is out of town or not in the room and the applicant who lives far from Kesbangpol Batu City is having trouble registering by visiting the office and risk losing file. To overcome these problems, a survey permit and apprenticeship permit information system is needed. System analysis and design is carried out using an object oriented approach. Evaluation in research uses consistency analysis, decision table and prototype testing. This study produced a web-based information system design with an object-oriented approach. This system allows the applicant to register via the web, the Head of Office can verify the registration permit and the parties concerned can carry out their duties through the system. The results of the evaluation of the information system design show consistency between the requirements with the design and testing of the prototype that produces input for design improvement
