Abstract
Kampung Wisata Jodipan (KWJ) merupakan salah satu wisata yang berada di Kota Malang dengan mengangkat tema kampung wisata dan merupakan hasil dari program GuysPro. Dalam pengelolaanya, masyarakat KWJ membentuk pengelola resmi yaitu Koordinator Pengelolaan Wisata Jodipan yang dalam pembentukannya dilakukan melalui musyawarah. Semua pengelolaan yang berkaitan dengan KWJ direncanakan dan diputuskan oleh Koordinator Pengelolaan Wisata Jodipan. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengelolaan pariwisata oleh Koordinator Pengelolaan Wisata Jodipan dalam perspektif CBT di KWJ. Digunakannya CBT dalam penelitain ini untuk melihat keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan di pengelolaan KWJ. Selain itu juga melihat manfaat yang akan didapat masyarakat melalui pengelolaan oleh Koordinator Pengelolaan Wisata Jodipan dan pendidikan kepariwisataan yang diterima masyarakat KWJ. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan proses pengelolaan wisata yang didalamnya terdapat keikutsertaan masyarakat KWJ. Keikutsertaan masyarakat KWJ yang seharusnya aktif seperti yang digambarkan dalam CBT, malah terjadi sebaliknya. Keikutsertaan masyarakat terbatas pada hak suara, sehingga segala pengelolaan dan keputusan ada di Koordinator Pengelolaan Wisata Jodipan. Hal ini akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap perbedaan manfaat yang diterima masyarakat KWJ dan Koordinator Pengelolaan Wisata Jodipan. Selain itu kondisi ini ditambah kurangnya pendidikan kepariwisatan yang didapat masyarakat. Akibatnya informasi mengenai pengelolaan serta peran penting masyarakat dalam wisata dengan basis masyarakat yang seharusnya mengikutsertakan masyarakat setiap proses pengelolaan tidak sepenuhnya diketahui.
English Abstract
Kampung Wisata Jodipan (KWJ) is one of the tours that is located at Malang Town by raised the theme village is the result and of the GuysPro program. In its management,the society of KWJ composing legal organizer that is Koordinator Pengelolaan Wisata Jodipan that in composing is did with a conference. All of the management that related with KWJ is planned and decided by Koordinator Pengelolaan Wisata Jodipan. With the result of this research is purpose to know the process of management by the Koordinator Pengelolaan Wisata Jodipan in perspective of CBT at KWJ. The use of CBT in this research is to observe the society complicity in removal decision for KWJ management. In the other hand to observe the profit which is society will get throught management by Koordinator Pengelolaan Wisata Jodipan and tourism education received by KWJ community. The result of this research showed the process of tourism management where in it be found the complicity of KWJ. KWJ community participation should be active as illustrated into CBT, instead the other way around. Society participation is limited on voting right, so all of the management and decision there is in Koordinator Pengelolaan Wisata Jodipan. The problem finally influential toward for differences of profit received by KWJ community and Koordinator Pengelolaan Wisata Jodipan. Other than that, this condition plus the lack of tourism education that society get. Finally information about the management as well as the important role of the society in tourism with society basis that should participation the community in each process management did not know absolutely.
