Abstract
Situs web KKN Unmer Pasuruan merupakan salah satu situs web yang dikelola oleh pihak PD-MTI Unmer Pasuruan, yang digunakan untuk proses registrasi KKN dan media penyaluran informasi KKN untuk mahasiswa semester 7. Selama situs ini digunakan, PD-MTI menerima beberapa keluhan seperti proses pengunggahan foto yang lama, informasi yang belum diperbarui. PD-MTI mengaku bahwa situs web KKN belum memperhatikan dari aspek desain. Dari permasalahan yang telah disebutkan, maka peneliti menilai perlu adanya evaluasi untuk mengukur kualitas situs web KKN dengan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0. Karena permasalahan yang ada pada situs, sesuai dengan aspek yang ada pada WebQual. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan mengetahui nilai atribut situs web KKN. Penelitian ini menggunakan 22 instrumen dari WebQual 4.0. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 163 sampel yang telah ditentukan. Hasil kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan metode IPA yang meliputi analisis tingkat kesesuaian, analisis tingkat kesenjangan dan analisis kuadran. Hasil penelitian ini, didapatkan hasil persentase tingkat analisis kesesuaian situs web KKN Unmer kurang dari 100% yaitu sebesar 94.92% dan sebesar 94.69% jika tidak melibatkan nilai atribut nomor 17. Yaitu “Saya merasa aman untuk melakukan transaksi melalui situs ini”. Sedangkan untuk hasil analisis kesenjangan didapatkan nilai sebesar -0.258 dan -0.269 dengan melibatkan dan tidak melibatkan atribut nomor 17. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kinerja situs web masih dinilai rendah oleh pengguna dan belum bisa memenuhi apa yang diinginkan oleh pengguna situs. Hasil kuadran IPA menunjukkan terdapat 3 atribut pada kuadran I (prioritas utama), 9 atribut pada kuadran II (pertahankan kualitas), 7 atribut pada kuadran III (prioritas rendah) dan 3 atribut pada kuadran IV (berlebihan). Dari hasil yang didapatkan, peneliti berharap untuk penelitian selanjutnya lebih memperbanyak sampel penelitian untuk dan juga terdapat hasil rekomendasi perbaikan desain antarmuka situs untuk pihak terkait.
English Abstract
The Unmer Pasuruan KKN website is one of the websites managed by PD-MTI Unmer Pasuruan, which is used for the KKN registration process and the distribution media of KKN information for 7th semester students. As long as this site is used, PD-MTI receives assistance such as the photo upload process took so long, information that hasn't been updated. PD-MTI acknowledged that the KKN website had not paid attention to the design aspect. From the considerations that have been approved, the researcher assesses the need to assess the quality of the KKN website using the WebQual 4.0 method. Because of the conflicts that exist on the site, according to the aspects that exist in WebQual. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to determine the attribute values of the KKN website. This study used 22 instruments from WebQual 4.0. Questionnaires were distributed to 163 predetermined samples. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the IPA method which included an analysis of the degree of conformity, analysis of the level of compatibility and quadrant analysis. The results of this study showed that the percentage of Unmer KKN website analysis was less than 100%, namely 94.92% and 94.69% if it did not match the value of attribute number 17. That is "I am safe to make transactions through this site". While for the results of the analysis obtained obtained at -0.258 and -0.299 by involving and not involving attribute number 17. These results indicate that the rate of increase in websites is still lower by users and have not been able to get what the site wants. The results of the IPA quadrant show 3 attributes in quadrant I (priorities for improvement), 9 attributes in quadrant II (keep up the good work), 7 attributes in quadrant III (lowest priority) and 3 attributes in quadrant IV (possible overkill). From the results obtained, researchers hope for further research to increase the sample of research for and also the results of design improvement studies for related sites
