Abstract
Elektroda kawat perak nano (KPN) pada substrat kaca preparat telah dibuat. Penelitian ini mempelajari pengaruh metode deposisi semprot berkabut dan tetes pada pembuatan elektroda KPN terhadap sifat fisik elektroda KPN yang dihasilkan. Elektroda KPN dibuat dengan metode sintesis poliol dan selanjutnya dideposisikan pada kaca dengan metode semprot berkabut dan tetes pada jarak 15 cm dan 20 cm. Hasil sintesis berupa bola perak nano kemudian dikarakterisasi menggunakan mikroskop optik dan SEM. Homogenitas elektroda KPN yang dibuat menggunakan metode deposisi semprot berkabut pada jarak 20 cm lebih baik jika dibandingkan metode deposisi semprot berkabut pada jarak 15 cm dan dengan metode deposisi tetes. Hasil sintesis KPN diamati menggunakan SEM dan terlihat bola perak nano dengan ukuran ratarata 115, 39 nm.
English Abstract
Silver nanowire electrodes (AgNWs) on glass preparation substrates have been prepared. This research studied the effect of spray coating deposition method and drop casting deposition method on AgNWs electrode fabrication to the physical properties of AgNWs. The AgNWs electrode is prepared by a polyol synthesis method and subsequently deposited on glass by spray coating and drop casting method at distance of 15 cm and 20 cm. The result of synthesis is silver nano sphere then characterized using optical microscope and SEM. Homogeneity of AgNWs electrode made using spray coating deposition method at 20 cm is preferable than spray coating deposition method at 15 cm and also preferable than drop casting deposition method. The results of synthesis were observed using SEM and silver nano sphere has been seen with an average size of 115, 39 nm
