Abstract
m-KantorPos adalah layanan berbasis aplikasi mobile produk dari PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) yang berfokus pada dua layanan utama yaitu fitur umum seperti Lacak Kiriman, Cek Tarif Kiriman, Cari Kodepos dan fitur lainnya yaitu layanan jasa keuangan. Berbeda dari rencana awal PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) yang ingin agar aplikasi dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat umum, m-KantorPos hanya dapat digunakan oleh pegawai Kantor Pos saja. Aplikasi m-KantorPos perlu di evaluasi dengan mengukur tingkat usability dan penggalian masalah untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi perbaikan aplikasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu usability testing untuk mengukur komponen learnability, efficiency dan errors. Wawancara digunakan untuk menggali permasalahan usability pada aplikasi m-KantorPos. Kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) digunakan untuk mengukur komponen satisfaction. Pengujian usability dan wawancara dilakukan pada 6 pengguna pemula aplikasi m-KantorPos yang dipilih berdasarkan rentang 19-34 tahun dan 35-54 tahun. Kuesioner diisi oleh 30 respoden pengguna aktif aplikasi m-KantorPos. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapatkan tingkat kemudahan sebesar 75,00%, tingkat kecepatan sebesar 0,04 goals/sec, tingkat kesalahan sebesar 0,11 dan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 50,00%- 60,00%. Terdapat 9 permasalahan usability seperti menu tidak terlihat, judul menu yang terlalu panjang, warna tombol yang samar, waktu loading lambat, layout antarmuka aplikasi tidak fleksibel dan reponsif, tombol kurang responsif. Dari permasalahan tersebut dirumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan menurut usability guidelines yang sesuai dengan fungsi, fitur dan konten aplikasi mKantorPos.
English Abstract
m-KantorPos is a mobile application-based service by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) which focuses on two main services, namely general features such as Track Shipments, Check Shipping Rates, Search Postcode. The other features, namely financial services. Different from the original plan of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) who wants the application to be used by the general public, mKantorPos can only be used by Kantorpos employees. M-KantorPos application needs to be evaluated by measuring the level of usability and extracting problems to produce recommendations for application improvements. The method used in this study is usability testing to measure the components of learnability, efficiency and errors. The interview was used to explore the usability problems of the m-KantorPos application. The System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire is used to measure component satisfaction. Usability testing and interviews were conducted on 6 new users of the m-KantorPos application selected based on a range of 19-34 years old and 35-54 years old. The questionnaire was filled by 30 respondents of active users of m-KantorPos application. Based on the test results obtained an ease of 75.00%, the speed level of 0.04 goals/sec, an error rate of 0.11 and a satisfaction rate of 50.00%-60.00%. There are 9 usability issues such as invisible menus, menu titles that are too long, vague button colors, slow loading times, application interface layout not flexible and non-responsive, less responsive button,. From these problems, recommendations for improvement are formulated according to the usability guidelines that are in accordance with the functions, features and content of m-KantorPos applications.
