Abstract
Dalam suatu proyek konstruksi, proses penjadwalan adalah salah satu faktor penting penentu berhasil atau tidaknya suatu proyek konstruksi tersebut. Apabila penjadwalan dilakukan dengan cermat dan teliti maka kemungkinan proyek tersebut berhasil akan semakin besar. Penjadwalan merupakan suatu metode untuk menentukan aktivitas yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan proyek dalam urutan serta kerangka waktu tertentu dan mempertimbangkan biaya yang optimal. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode PERT pada penjadwalan proyek yang awalnya menggunakan metode analisis jaringan kerja untuk menentukan urutan aktivitas proyek. Untuk menyusun diagram jaringan kerja digunakan pendekatan AOA atau Activity On Arrow. Selanjutnya dilakukan program percepatan untuk mendapatkan durasi penyelesaian proyek yang lebih cepat dengan biaya yang ekonomis menggunakan metode fuzzy PERT dengan menerapkan fuzzy multiple objective function. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan program percepatan metode fuzzy PERT didapatkan hasil durasi penyelesaian proyek 114 hari menjadi 92 hari dengan biaya percepatan 178,2 – 273,1 juta rupiah.
English Abstract
In a certain construction project, scheduling process is one of important factors that determines the success of a certain construction. If the scheduling process is done accurately and thoroughly, the probability of the success of its project will be bigger. Scheduling is a method that filters the necessary activities in order to finish the project in a certain period of times and to consider the amount of optimal cost. In this research, the method PERT in which originally is an analysis network method in scheduling the project is used. It is used in order to determine the order of project activities. In organizing the diagram of the network, this research uses AOA or Activity on Arrow. Furthermore, an acceleration program is used in order to get the duration of project completion which will be faster but also with economic cost by using fuzzy method PERT and implementing fuzzy multiple objective function. As the calculation’s result for using acceleration method fuzzy PERT, the completion project which is 114 days becomes only 92 days with an acceleration cost 178,2 – 273,1 million rupiah.
