Abstract
DJBC KAWIL JATIM I adalah sebuah instansi pemerintah yang melayani masyarakat di bidang kepabeanan dan cukai. Pada setiap harinya DJBC KANWIL JATIM1 menerima surat dari semua sektor wilayah yang menunggu untuk menerima perintah untuk melakukan penindakan. Terkadang kepala kantor wilayah bingung memilih surat manakah yang perlu dilakukan penindakan terlebih dahulu. Oleh karena kepala kantor wilayah harus memberikan tindakan yang cepat terhadap surat yang memiliki prioritas tertinggi agar cepat mendapat tindakan. Maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem rekomendasi prioritas surat yang lebih efisien dalam menentukan surat manakah yang lebih dulu dilakukan penindakan. Pada penelitian ini, metode AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) dan SAW (Simple Additive Weighted) dikombinasikan untuk menentukan prioritas surat masuk di DJBC KANWIL JATIM I. Kombinasi metode AHP dan SAW sangat baik digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Metode AHP digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi bobot untuk setiap kriteria yang diambil dari matriks perbandingan berpasangan, sedangkan metode SAW digunakan untuk menentukan surat masuk yang paling tinggi prioritasnya untuk dilakukan tindakan. Berdasarkan pengujian tingkat akurasi yang didapat terhadap hasil rekomendasi pemilihan surat masuk yang telah dilakukan pengujian menggunakan perhitungan Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient yang menghasilkan nilai 0,86015. Hasil tersebeut menunjukan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik.
English Abstract
DJBC KANWIL JATIM I is a government agency that serves the public in the field of customs and excise. At KANWIL JATIM I DJBC (Directorate General of Customs and Excise East Java Regional Office 1) covers the sectors of Tanjung Perak, Juanda, Gresik, Pasuruan, Sidoarjo, Kalianget, and Bojonegoro. Every day DJBC KANWIL JATIM1 receives letters from all sectors of the region waiting to receive orders to take action. Sometimes the regional head of office is confused about choosing which letter to take action first. Because the head of the regional office must give quick action to the letter that has the highest priority in order to get quick action. Then a letter priority recommendation system is needed that is more efficient in determining which letter is first carried out. In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighted) methods were combined to determine the priority of incoming letters at DJAN KANWIL JATIM I. The combination of AHP and SAW methods is very well used in decision making. The AHP method is used to identify the weights for each criterion taken from the paired comparison matrix, while the SAW method is used to determine the highest priority entry letter for action. Based on the testing of the level of accuracy obtained from the results of recommendations for the selection of incoming letters that have been testing using the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient calculation produces a value of 0.86015. The results show that the system is running well.
