Abstract

Sifat magnetik material dua dimensi stanene yang didop atom Aluminium dan Phosphorus, telah dilakukan dengan metode Density Functionl Theory (DFT). Hasilnya mengindikasikan bahwa Atom Aluminium dan atom Phosphorus lebih stabil di posisi doping Hollow pada stanene. Stanene yang terhidrogenasi menghasilkan Grafik Kerapatan keadaan yang asimetris, sehingga bersifat feromagnetik dan, dilanjutkan dengan di dop atom Aluminium dan Phosphorus pada stanene murni dan stanene terhidrogenasi. Hasil total magnetisasi terbesar pada penelitian ini dimiliki oleh sistem stanene terhidrogenasi yang didop oleh atom Phosphorus yaitu 3,88 yang meningkat 7004,6 kali dari magnetisasi yang dihasilkan oleh stanene murni dimana nilai magnetisasinya sangat kecil hampir mendekati nol, yaitu 0.0006 (6 x 10-4) . Modifikasi struktur stanene dengan hidrogenasi dan diberi atom phosphorus, memiliki potensial yang baik untuk design spintronic device baru.

English Abstract

Magnetic properties of Aluminium and Phosphorus-doped 2-dimensional stanene have been examined using Density Functional Theory method. This resulted in that stanene doped by aluminium and phosphorus in hollow points was more stable. Hydrogenated stanene yielded asymmetric density-of-state graphs. Consequently, it showed ferromagnetic behaviour. Then pure and hydrogenated stanene was doped by aluminium and phosphorus. Hydrogenated P-doped Stanene depicted the highest magnetization which accounted for 3.88 , increasing up to 7004.6 times more than pure-stanene magnetization with 0.0006 , extremely low at almost 0. Structure modification of . Hydrogenated P-doped Stanene is a promising method for designing new spintronic devices.
