Abstract

Penelitian silicene yang merupakan material dua dimensi silikon dengan struktur honeycomb telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini membahas sifat magnetik silicene murni, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh doping atom galium (Ga) dan arsenik (As) terhadap sifat magnetik silicene terhidrogenasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam mendekati sistem adalah teori fungsi kerapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa silicene murni memiliki sifat magnetik yang sangat kecil, hampir dapat dikatakan bersifat non-magnetik. Proses hidrogenisasi pada silicene merubahnya bersifat magnetik, dengan grafik rapat keadaan yang diperoleh tidak simetris. Penyempurnaan sifat magnetik silicene terhidrogenasi meningkat dengan dilakukannya adatom Ga dan As. Berdasarkan penelitian ini material silicene terhidrogenasi doping As 3 posisi bridge, hollow, dan top menunjukkan sifat feromagnetik. Doping Ga dengan 3 posisi juga menghasilkan sifat feromagnetik. Posisi hollow doping As menghasilkan momen magnet tertinggi yaitu 0,0592

English Abstract

The research of silicene, which is a two-dimensional silicon material with a honeycomb structure, had been done. This research discusses magnetic properties of pristine silicene, and to determine the effect of Gallium (Ga) and Arsenic (As) doped hyrogenated silicene on the magnetic properties. The method used was density functional theory. The result of pristine silicene had very small magnetic properties, almost can be said as non-magnetic. The hydrogenation process had done on pristine silicene which converts it to be magnetic, with the marking of the dense graph in an asymmetrical state. The enhancement of the hydrogenated silicene magnetic properties increased with adatom of Ga and As. In this research, the material of hydrogenated silicene dop Ga and As with 3 positions is bridge, hollow, and top indicated ferromagnetic. Dop As atom on hydrogenated silicene in hollow position produced the highest magnetic moment that was 0,0592
