Abstract
Pemilihan moda dikatakan tahap terpenting dalam perencanaan transportasi, hal ini karena peran kunci dari angkutan umum dalam berbagai kebijakan transportasi. Pemilihan moda transportasi pulang kampung mahasiswa menarik diamati karena dalam memilih jenis moda transportasi, seseorang akan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor. Pada penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa alternatif dan kriteria yang dipertimbangkan untuk pemilihan moda transportasi pulang kampung mahasiswa, sehingga diperlukan metode Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarty to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), karena kedua metode tersebut dapat di peroleh alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang ada melalui pemeringkatan solusi terbaik. Tahap terakhir dari penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis sensitivitas untuk mencari metode yang lebih sensitif terhadap perubahan ranking. Dari perhitungan metode VIKOR dan TOPSIS diperoleh alternatif terbaik moda transportasi pulang kampung mahasiswa adalah kereta api. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan metode yang lebih sensitif adalah metode VIKOR.
English Abstract
The choice of mode is the most important stage in transportation planning, it is because of the key role of public transport for various transportation policies. The selection of transportation modes back home of college student is interesting observed because it has factors to considered. This research involves some alternatives and criteria that are considered, so that the method of Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) is required. This research used the method of VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), because both methods can be obtained the best alternative from a number of alternatives that exist by way ranking the best solution. The last stage of this research, a sensitivity analiysis is conducted to find the most sensitive method to change ranking. In this research also discussed the difference of VIKOR and TOPSIS method. The result from two method above showed that the most alternatives is train and the most sensitive method is VIKOR method.
