Abstract
Telah dilakukan modifikasi permukaan lapisan tipis Polianilin (PANi) dengan teknik plasma oksigen untuk meningkatkan sifat hidrofobisitas dari permukaan PANi. Deposisi lapisan tipis PANi dilakukan dengan teknik spin coating dengan kecepatan putar 4000 rpm. Perlakuan plasma dilakukan dengan plasma oksigen selama 60 detik dengan laju alir 50 ml/menit dan tekanan 40 Pa. Plasma oksigen dibangkitkan dengan variasi daya 24 watt, 30 watt, dan 42 watt. Hasil karakterisasi FTIR menunjukkan adanya perubahan gugus fungsi PANi akibat perlakuan plasma. Sesudah perlakuan plasma morfologi permukaan lapisan PANi menjadi lebih halus. Terjadi penurunan nilai kekasaran dan tingkat kebasahan sesudah perlakuan plasma, sehingga permukaan lapisan menjadi hidrofilik.
English Abstract
A surface modification of PANi thin film by oxygen plasma technique has been performed to improve the hydrophobicity of PANi surface. The deposition of PANi thin film by spin coating technique with 4000 rpm rotational speed. Plasma treatment using oxygen plasma 60 second treatment time with 50 ml / min oxygen flow rate and 40 Pa pressure. The oxygen plasma was generated with 24 watts, 30 watts, and 42 watts of power variation. FTIR characterization results indicate a change of PANi functional group due to plasma treatment. After plasma morphology treatment the surface of the PANi layer becomes smoother. Roughness and wetness all values decreased after plasma treatment, causing the surface of the coating becomes hydrophilic
