Abstract
Pengendalian kualitas produksi adalah hal penting yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan untuk mendeteksi ketidakstabilan proses produksi sehingga perusahaan bisa melakukan pembenahan pada produk yang tidak sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan dengan menggunakan metode statistik. Salah satunya adalah grafik kendali atribut p. Grafik kendali atribut p sangat penting dalam pengendalian kualitas yang mengacu pada proporsi kerusakan produk cacat yang diambil dari suatu proses. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan kepekaan grafik kendali atribut p klasik dan grafik kendali atribut p Bayesian dalam mendeteksi out of control. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai ARL1 terkecil, yaitu nilai ARL1 pada grafik kendali atribut p Bayesian. Sehingga dengan nilai ARL1 yang kecil menunjukan bahwa grafik kendali atribut p Bayesian lebih peka dalam mendeteksi out of control dibandingkan grafik kendali atribut p klasik
English Abstract
Production quality control is the important thing needed by company to detect instability of production process, so that the company can make improvements on products that are not in accordance with established standars using statistical methods. One is the control chart of the attribute p. The attribute control chart is very important in quality control which refers to the proportion of defective product defects taken from a process. The purpose of this research is to compare sensitivity of classical p’s attribute control charts and Bayesian p attribute control chart in detecting of out of control. Based on the result, the smallest ARL1 value is the Bayesian p attribute control chart. It is indicate that Bayesian p attribute control chart are more sensitive in detecting out of control than classical p’s attribute control charts
