Abstract
Telah dilakukan penelitian kestabilan lereng pada tambang terbuka PT. A3M, Kalimantan Selatan di lokasi pit Amanah. Penelitian dilakukan pada 2 lintasan lereng bagian utara yang memiliki elevasi paling tinggi. Digunakan data geolistrik resistivitas sekunder untuk mengetahui kondisi bawah permukaan lereng serta sebagai data pendukung dalam melakukan pemodelan bawah permukaan lereng. Hasil pengolahan data geolistrik diperoleh kondisi bawah permukaan lereng tidak ditemukannya zona patahan mupun akuifer pada batuan dasar. Tinggi timbunan dari interpretasi data geolistrik pada lintasan A sebesar 35 m dengan elevasi 25 m sedangkan pada lintasan B sebesar 25 m dengan elevasi 20 m. Data tersebut dibutuhkan dalam pemodelan lereng selanjutnya dengan bantuan software AutoCAD 2009. Perhitungan kestabilan lereng digunakan bantuan program slide versi 6.0. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisa diperoleh faktor keamanan pada lintasan A sebesar 1,184 sedangkan pada lintasan B sebesar 1,216. Menurut Bowles (1984) angka nilai faktor keamaan tersebut berada pada angka kritis di mana kedua lereng tersebut masih rawan terhadap longsor, oleh sebab itu diperlukan desain ulang kondisi lereng hingga diperoleh angka yang cukup stabil yaitu nilai faktor keamaan di atas 1,25. Desain ulang dapat dilakukan dengan cara penurunan elevasi ramp maupun pelandaian sudut lereng (metode cut and fill).
English Abstract
A research about slope stability in open pit PT. A3M, South Kalimantan at the Amanah’s pit location, has been conducted. The study was carried out on two lines of northern slope which have the highest elevation. Secondary georesistivity data are used to determine the condition subsurface of the slope, as well as supporting data in modeling subsurface of the slope. The results of the processing of the data of geoelectricity obtained, are thatin the subsurface not fault was found, nor aquifer zone at the bedrock. The height of the heap from ineterpretation of geoelectricity data on line A is 35 m, with elevasion 25 m, while on line B the heap is 25 m, with elevasion of 20 m. Data is still needed in subsequent slope modeling using AutoCAD 2009 software. Slope stability calculations were done by using slide software version 6.0. Based on the results of the analysis calculation, it was obtained that the safety factor on line A was 1.184, while on line B was 1.216. According to Bowles (1984), the value of safety factor is at critical number, where the both lines of the slopes are still susceptible to landslide. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the slope conditions to obtain a fairly stable value, where the value of the safety factor is above 1.25. Redesign can be done by decreasing ramp elevation or slope angle reduction (cut and fill method).
