Abstract
Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) merupakan rancangan percobaan dengan lingkungan homogen. Jika lingkungan heterogen maka dapat menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Rancangan Bujur Sangkar Latin (RBSL) merupakan rancangan lingkungan yang memiliki dua arah keheterogenan lingkungan berdasarkan baris dan kolom. Pada RBSL jumlah baris, kolom dan perlakuan sama. Model linier aditif RBSL akan disederhanakan menjadi model linier umum agar mudah dalam proses pendugaan parameter dengan menggunakan Metode Kuadrat Terkecil (MKT). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan model linier umum pada analisis ragam terhadap dua data sekunder yang berasal dari RBSL. Dua data tersebut, yaitu rata-rata frekuensi nyengir (Data 1) dan rata-rata frekuensi menggosok ranggah (Data 2). Data, merupakan respons dari pemberian dosis pasak bumi berbeda pada pakan rusa Timor. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa untuk mengatasi kesingularan matriks
English Abstract
Completely Randomized Design (RAL) is an experimental design with a homogeneous environment. Group Random Design (RAK) applied when environment is heterogeneous. Latin Square Design (RBSL) is an environmental design with two directions of environmental heterogeneity based on rows and columns. In RBSL number of rows, columns and treatments are equal. The linear additive model of RBSL will be simplified into a general linear model so that estimating parameter process is easier by using Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The purpose of this study is applying a general linear model on the analysis of variance into two secondary data that is derived from RBSL. Data are average of the grinning frequency (Data 1) and ranggah rubbing frequency (Data 2). These two data are responses from applying different doses of Pasak Bumi (Eurycoma Longifolia Jack) into Timor deer’s feed. The result of the analysis showed us how to overcome the singularity of
