Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah sistem monitoring arus listrik dan pengaman beban (overload) menggunakan LattePanda. Sistem ini berisi relay sebagai pengaman beban arus listrik yang difungsikan melalui komputer single-board LattePanda. Selain itu, dalam sistem ini juga terdapat sensor arus ACS712 yang berfungsi sebagai pengukur arus. Selain itu, terdapat rangkaian optocoupler IC4N25 yang digunakan sebagai driver untuk relay. Sistem ini telah diuji menggunakan beban berupa Setrika Listrik Bimetal dan Solder Listrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan beban listrik mempengaruhi nilai arus listrik yang terjadi. Arus listrik yang terjadi tanpa adanya beban sebesar 0.0048 Ampere. Sedangkan, arus pada penambahan beban uji solder listrik didapatkan sebesar 0.1427 Ampere. Untuk beban uji solder listrik kondisi aktif (push on) didapatkan nilai arus sebesar 0.3814 Ampere. Selanjutnya, untuk beban uji setrika listrik bimetal didapatkan nilai arus sebesar 1.49775 Ampere. Untuk beban uji setrika listrik bimetal dan solder listrik kondisi aktif (push on) didapatkan sebesar 1.8506 Ampere. Nilai arus dalam penelitian ini ditampilkan melalui LattePanda dengan antarmuka software Visual Studio.

English Abstract

In this research, an electric current monitoring system and overload protection was designed using LattePanda. This system contains a relay as an overload current protector that is enabled through a single-board computer LattePanda. In this system there is an ACS712 current sensor that serves as a current meter and also there is an optocoupler IC4N25 which is used as a relay driver. This system has been tested using loads of a Bimetallic Electric Iron and an Electric Solder. The results show that the addition of electrical load affects the value of electric current. Electric current was 0.0048 Ampere without any load addition. That means that there was no current flowing. Meanwhile, with an electric solder added as the load the current was obtained 0.1427 Ampere. For the addition of electric solder in active condition (push on) as the load, the current obatained was 0.3814 Ampere. Also, in addition of bimetal electric iron, it was obtained 1.49775 Ampere. With both of them (electric solder push on active condition and bimetal electric iron) for the load, the current was obtained 1.8506 Ampere. The result of the current measurement was displayed on the single-board computer LattePanda with the Visual Studio as the interface.
