Abstract
Skizofrenia merupakan penyakit yang banyak terjadi di masyarakat. Di-Indonesia,-menurut-Riskesdas (2017)-sebanyak-1-juta-orang-atausekitar-0,46%-dari-total-penduduk-Indonesia-menderita-skizofrenia. Munculnya fenomena Duration-of Untreated Psychosis (DUP) atau durasi psikosis tanpa terapi dalam masyarakat turut memperburuk perjalanan penyakit dari pasien skizofrenia. Salah satu manifestasi klinis utama yang terlihat pada pasien skizofrenia adalah gejala positif. Keadaan ini ditandai dengan munculnya waham, halusinasi, perilaku aneh dan formal positif terjadi gangguan. Scale for the Assestment of Positive Symptomps (SAPS) hadir sebagai sebuah instrumen yang mudah dan efektif dalam mengukur gejala positif secara kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara durasi psikosis tanpa terapi dengan gejala positif menggunakan SAPS, khususnya pada pasien skizofrenia di RS. Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Metode penelitian menggunakan observasionalanalitik-dengan-pendekatan-cross-sectional. Seleksi subjek penelitian berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Lalu dilakukan anamnesis dan pemeriksaan psikiatri yang sesuai untuk menilai gejala positif menggunakan instrumen SAPS. Analisis korelasi menggunakan spearman untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel durasi psikosis tanpa terapi dan gejala positif yang dinilai menggunakan SAPS (p< 0,05). Hasilnya membuktikan terdapat hubungan yang tidak signifikan-antara variabel durasi psikosis tanpa terapi dan variabel fungsi kognitif yang dinilai menggunakan SAPS dengan tingkat korelasi yang lemah (koefisien korelasi 0,268). Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin lama durasi psikosis tanpa terapi maka belum tentu semakin menurun gejala positif pasien secara umum yang dalam hal ini dinilai menggunakan SAPS.
English Abstract
Schizophrenia is a disease that often occurs in the community. In Indonesia, according to Riskesdas (2007) as many as 1 million people or around 0.46% of the total population of Indonesia suffer from schizophrenia. The emergence of the phenomenon of Duration of Untreated Psychosis (DUP) or the duration of untreated psychosis in society contributes to the worsening of the disease course-ofschizophrenic patients. One of the main clinical manifestations seen in schizophrenic patients is a positive symptoms, this condition is characterized by the emergence of delusions, hallucinations, bizare behaviour and positive formal thought disorder. Scale for the Assumption of Positive Symptomps (SAPS) is present as an easy and effective instrument in measuring quantitative positive symptoms. This-study-wasconducted-to-determine the relationship between duration-of-psychosis without therapy with-positive-symptoms using SAPS, especially in schizophrenic patients in Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. The research method used observational analytic with cross sectional approach. Selection of research subjects based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then an appropriate history and psychiatric examination is performed to assess positive symptoms using the SAPS instrument. Correlation analysis using Spearman to determine the relationship of variable duration of psychosis without therapy. The-results-prove-that-there-is-no-significant relationship-between-the variables of duration of therapy without psychosis and positive symptoms variables that are assessed using SAPS with a weak level of correlation (correlation coefficient 0.268). Based-onthis-study, it can-be-concluded that the longer the duration of psychosis without therapy does not necessarily mean a general decline in the positive symptoms of patients who in this case are considered using SAPS.
