Abstract
Sistem informasi FILKOM UB merupakan sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki struktur organisasi dan dosen-dosen yang mengajar pada jurusan Sistem Informasi. Saat memasuki akhir periode dari semester, akan melakukan evaluasi dosen, bagaimana kinerja dari dosen tersebut yang terdapat pada kuesioner di SIAM. Namun, kekurangan saat ini untuk mengevaluasi hasil kinerja dari dosen tersebut masih menggunakan print out kertas sehingga boros dalam penggunaan kertas. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem evaluasi yang dibuat untuk memberikan informasi evaluasi dosen yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah evaluasi dosen agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Maka dari itu pada penelitian ini akan membuat suatu sistem evaluasi proses belajar mengajar (PBM) berbasis web. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Human Centered Design sebagai metodologi penelitian. Lalu pada penelitian ini akan merekomendasikan sebuah usulan rancangan desain antarmuka dari sistem evaluasi proses belajar mengajar (PBM) berupa prototipe. Untuk uji coba sistemnya menggunakan usability testing sebagai parameter penilaiannya, dan juga menggunakan 3 metriks yang terdiri dari metrik efektifitas, metrik efisiensi, dan metrik kepuasan. Lalu masuk pada hasil pada penelitian ini ialah mendapatkan hasil dari metrik efektifitas dimana responden atau pengguna berhasil melakukan tugas-tugas yang diberikan dengan sempurna dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%. Pada metrik efisiensi diperoleh hasil yaitu total rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas pada sistem evaluasi PBM ini yaitu kurang dari 60 detik. Dan yang terakhir metrik kepuasan, mendapatkan hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner SUS kepada responden sebesar 82.5 dimana pada hasil tersebut dapat diklasifikasikan dalam 3 aspek penilaian, yang pertama “Acceptable”, Kedua “Grade B”, dan ketiga “Excellent”..
English Abstract
FILKOM UB information system is an educational institution that has an organizational structure and a lecturer-professor who teaches in the Department of information systems. When entering the final period of the semester, will conduct an evaluation of professors, how performance of the lecturer found on questionnaires in SIAM. However, the current shortfall to evaluate the performance results of the lecturers are still using paper print out so extravagant in the use of paper. Therefore required an evaluation system that was created to provide information and evaluation of lecturers that aims to simplify the evaluation of lecturers in order to be more effective and efficient. Thus on this research will create a system of evaluation of the teaching and learning process (PBM) web-based. In this study using a Human Centered Design as research methodology. Then in the study will recommend a draft proposal of interface design of evaluation system of teaching and learning (PBM) in the form of prototype. To test your system using usability testing as his judgement, and also parameter using 3 metriks consisting of metrics, metrics of efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction metrics. And sign in on the results of this research is on getting results from metrics effectiveness where the respondent or users successfully perform given tasks perfectly with a success rate of 100%. On efficiency metrics retrieved results i.e. total average time required in carrying out the tasks on the PBM evaluation system in less than 60 seconds. And the latter metric satisfaction, getting results from the spread of questionnaire respondents amounted to 82.5 SUS where the results can be classified in 3 aspects of the assessment, the first "Acceptable", the second "Grade B", and three "Excellent".
