Abstract
Industri harus dapat merancang dan memiliki strategi supply chain management untuk dapat mencapai jalannya tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan dapat bertahan dalam persaingan. Information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation, dan process integration merupakan bagian dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan information sharing (pembagian informasi), long term relationship (hubungan jangka panjang), coorperation (kerjasama), process terintegration (integrasi proses) terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) Tempe Keripik Khas Sanan Kota Malang. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam model analisis yang digunakan adalah model regresi linier berganda. Lokasi penelitian ini pada Industri Pengrajin Keripik Tempe Khas Sanan kota Malang yang berada di wilayah kelurahan Purwantoro Kecamatan Blimbing kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer diambil dari hasil jawaban kuesioner responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian yaitu 57 responden IKM yang memproduksi makanan Tempe Keripik khas Sanan Malang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel information sharing (pembagian informasi), long term relationship (hubungan jangka panjang), coorperation (kerjasama), process terintegration (integrasi proses) berpengaruh secara parsiap maupun simultan terhadap kinerja perusahaan IKM yang memproduksi makanan Tempe Keripik khas Sanan Malang. Saran yang dapat diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak perusahaan agar lebih meningkatkan information sharing, long term relationship, coorperation, process terintegration karena berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
English Abstract
The industry should be able to design and supply chain management strategy has to be able to steer the course of the objectives to be achieved in improving the performance of the company, so the company can survive in the competition. Information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation, and process integration are part of the factors that affect the performance at the company. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of partially and simultaneous information sharing (sharing of information), long term relationship (long-term relationship), coorperation (cooperation), process terintegration (process integration) against the performance in the small and medium Industry SMEs Tempe Keripik Sanan Malang. This research includes research into the analysis with the model survey used multiple linear regression models. The location of the research in this study conducted on Industrial Tempe Sanan Malang in Purwantoro village Subdistrict Blimbing Malang. The research of using primary data taken from the results of the questionnaire respondents that answer to be a sample of research i.e. 57 respondents SMEs Tempe Keripik Sanan Malang. Based on the results of research conducted indicates that the variable information sharing (sharing of information), long-term relationship (long-term), coorperation (cooperation), process terintegration (integration process) effect parsiap or simultaneously on the company's performance SME that produces food Tempe Sanan Malang. Advice that can be given in this research is the company in order to further enhance information sharing, long term relationship, coorperation, process terintegration because of the effect on the company's performance.
