Abstract
Dalamzprosesqperawatan, anakmdanhoranggtuaqdapat mengalamikkejadian yang traumatic danhpenuhj dengan stress. Angka kejadian anak sakit di Indonesia tahun 2015, usia 0-2 tahun sebesar 15,14%, 3-5 tahun sebesar 25,8%, 6-12 tahun sebanyak 13,91%, sehingga secara umum angka kesakitan anak prasekolah yang paling tinggi yaitu 25,8%. Dampak hospitalisasi pada anak prasekolah adalah stress yang ditandai dengan sulit tidur, mudah marah, mengompol, dan sulit berkonsentrrasi. Selain itu, dapat menyebabkan gangguan tahapan perkembangan yang dapat mempengaruhi stress pada orang tua, terutama pada hospitalisasi pertama. Respon stress diakibatkan karena belum adanya adaptasi anak dengan lingkungan rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan metode untuk menurunkan tingkat stress hospitalisasi melalui terapi bermain game edukatif berbasis smartphone. Penelitiannini bertujuanduntukgmengetahui pengaruhhterapizbermain game edukatif berbasis smartphone terhadap stress pada anak prasekolah (4-6 tahun) yang menjalani hospitalisasi. Metode yanggdigunakannadalahhquasizexperimentalndenganmNonnequivalenttcontrol group design yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, kontrol dan intervensi melalui perbandingan nilai pre-post test. Berdasarkan uji independent t-test pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi didapatkan nilai Sig (2-tailed) = 0,000 (p< 0,05). Kesimpulannya bahwa pemberian intervensi bermain game edukatif berbasis smartphone dapat memberikan perubahan positif atau penurunan yang signifikan pada stress hospitalisasi pada anak usia prasekolah (4-6 tahun) yang menjalani hospitalisasi.
English Abstract
During treatment in the hospital, children and parents can experience traumatic events. In Indonesia by the year 2015, the incidents of sick children’s are high, there are 15.14% in the age of 0-2 yo, 25.8% in the age of 3-5 yo, and 13.91% in the age of 6-12 yo, it’s shown that the most high prevalence of sick children are they whom in the age of preschool. Hospitalized preschool children commonly got stress, it’s shown with sleeplessness, irritability, bedwetting and difficulty of concentration. In addition, it can cause disorders of developmental stages that may affect the stress on parents, especially at the first hospitalization. The response of stress is caused by the existence of the child’s adaptation with the environment of the hospital. Therefore, by providing a play therapy using a smartphone educative game can reduce the level of stress that children has. This research conducts tooknowwthe influenceeof educational game play therapy by using smartphone against stress on hospitalized preschool children (4-6 years). This research use arquasimexperimental with nonnequivalentncontrol group design. The samples are divided into 2 groups, control and intervention and the pre and post test scores will be compare. The result of the independent t-test in theecontrol grouppand the intervention group obtained the value of the Sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 (p < 0.05). The conclusion is that by giving educative game intervention by using smartphones can deliver positive changes or significant reduction in stress that caused by hospitalization on hospitalized preschool children (4-6 years).
