Abubakar, Fidya Lestari Putri (2017) Perbandingan Aplikasi Deteksi Dini Tumbuh Kembang Paper and Computer Based Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Kader Dalam Pemeriksaan Tumbuh Kembang Anak. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
Metode pemeriksaan yang sebelumnya paper based, bergeser kearah computer based.
English Abstract
In Indonesia, the world of nursing continues to grow. The development of computer technology and access to information has been bringing impacts on the nursing process progress, including in the examination of Early Detection of Growth and Development (DDTK – Deteksi Dini Tumbuh Kembang). The previous examination using paper-based method has changed into a computer-based method. The use of computer-based examination method is considered to be able to help in reducing the error rate and documenting all things in relation to patients according to the standards. This study was aimed to determine the comparison between the application of paper and computer-based DDTK on the co-health worker job satisfaction in children’s growth and development examination. The design used in this study was true experimental using randomized pretest-posttest design. Meanwhile, the sampling was conducted using Probability Sampling method with Stratified Random Sampling, which involved 22 respondents. The instrument of this study used a closed questionnaire. The analysis results of co-health worker job satisfaction using SPSS 16 test of dependent t-test before and after the application of control groups with ((α = 0,05) obtained p-value = 0.000 (p-value < α), and the test groups obtained p value = 0,000 (p-value < α) so that Ho was rejected. It is concluded that there is an effect of the application on the co-health worker job satisfaction. In another side, the results of job satisfaction comparison analysis using independent t-test achieved p-value = 0,000 (p-value < α) so that Ho was rejected. This also indicates that there is a difference of co-health worker job satisfaction in the examination of children's growth and development using DDTK.
