Abstract
Kontrasepsi oral kombinasi (KOK) merupakan salah satu metode kontrasepsi berbentuk tablet yang mengandung sejumlah hormon estrogen dan progesteron dengan perbandingan tertentu diantara kedua hormon tersebut. Pengetahuan akseptor berpengaruh dalam penggunaan kontrasepsi oral kombinasi sehingga perlu diberikan konseling farmasi kepada akseptor saat penggunaan obat kontrasepsi oral kombinasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian konseling farmasi terhadap pengetahuan akseptor pada penggunaan obat kontrasepsi oral kombinasi di Apotek kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah true eksperimental berjenis pretest posttest control group design. Pengambilan sampel akseptor menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan cluster random sampling untuk menentukan jumlah apotek. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 64 responden yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol sebanyak 32 responden dan kelompok perlakuan sebanyak 32 responden yang diambil dari 5 Apotek di Kota Malang yang sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April hingga Mei 2018. Pada penelitian ini digunakan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner pre-test dan posttest dan lembar checklist untuk peneliti. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji wilcoxon untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian konseling farmasi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan akseptor pada saat penggunaan obat kontrasepsi oral kombinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan akseptor yang signifikan sebelum konseling farmasi dan sesudah konseling. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah konseling yang diberikan oleh peneliti signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan akseptor tentang kontrasepsi oral kombinasi.
English Abstract
The COCs or Combined Oral Contraceptives is one method of contraception tablet form which contains a number of hormones estrogen and progesterone with a certain ratio between both hormones. The acceptor’s knowledge took effect in the use of combined oral contraceptive thus, the acceptors should be given counseling during Combined Oral Contraceptive drug service. The purpose of this research to determine the effect of pharmacy counseling on acceptor knowledge in use of combined oral contraceptive drug service in pharmacies Malang city. The method used in this research is true experimental type pretest posttest control group design. Sampling of acceptors using simple random and cluster sampling techniques to determine the number of pharmacies. The number of samples used in this research were 64 respondents divided into two groups, control and treatment group each of them 32 respondents was taken from 5 pharmacies in Malang according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research was conducted from April to May 2018. In this study used research intruments in the form of questionnaires pre-test and posttest and checklist sheet for researchers. The analytical method used is the wilcoxon test to determine the effect of pharmacy counseling on the level of consumer knowledge during combined oral contraceptive drug service. The results showed p=0,000 (p<0,05) indicated there was an increase of acceptor knowledge significant before and after counseling. The conclusion of this research is the pharmaceutical counseling given by the researcher have an significant effect to increase knowledge of acceptors about combined oral contraceptive.
