Abstract
Pubertas adalah awal dari tahap kedewasaan, dimana organ-organ reproduksi sudah dapat menjalankan fungsinya. Pada perempuan hal ini ditandai oleh menarche, yang normalnya terjadi di usia 12 – 15 tahun. Saat ini usia menarche mengalami percepatan menjadi semakin belia, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor genetik dan non genetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan menarche dini pada siswi SD Brawijaya Smart School Malang. Variabel bebas yang diteliti adalah usia menarche ibu, status gizi (IMT/U), nutrisi (konsumsi junk food), aktivitas fisik, keterpaparan media sosial berkonten dewasa yang dihubungkan dengan menarche dini. Sampel diambil dengan teknik total sampling pada responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan desain analisis observasi dengan cara cross sectional, pada 36 orang responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan databes laporan catatan kesehatan pelajar di sekolah. Data dianalisis dengan uji statistik Spearman’s rho. Hasil: Ada korelasi positif antara usia menarche ibu dan aktivitas fisik dengan menarche dini (r = 0,390; p = 0,019 dan r = 0,346; p = 0,039). Hubungan antara status gizi (IMT/U), nutrisi (konsumsi junk food), dan keterpaparan media sosial berkonten dewasa dengan menarche dini secara signifikan menunjukkan korelasi negatif (r = -0,350, p = 0,037; r = -0,400, p = 0,016; r = -0,402, p = 0,015). Disarankan bagi pengelola pendidikan untuk mengevaluasi kurikulum pendidikan dengan perhatian khusus untuk persiapan anak menuju dewasa, kampanye hidup sehat melalui media sosial serta evaluasi program UKS dan kantin sehat bekerjasama dengan petugas kesehatan dan melibatkan orang tua.
English Abstract
Puberty is the beginning of the maturity stage, where the reproductive organs can carry out their functions. In women this is characterized by menarche, which normally occurs at the age of 12-15 years. At present the age of menarche has accelerated to become younger, which is influenced by genetic and non-genetic factors. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with early menarche in elementary school students of Brawijaya Smart School Malang. The independent variables studied were maternal menarche age, nutritional status (BMI / U), nutrition (consumption of junk food), physical activity, exposure to social media in adult contexts associated with early menarche. Samples were taken by total sampling technique on respondents who met the inclusion criterias and the design of the observation analysis by cross sectional method, on 36 respondents. The research instrument uses a questionnaire and the database reports student health records at school. Data were analyzed by Spearman's rho statistical test. Results: There was a positive correlation between the age of maternal menarche and physical activity with early menarche (r = 0.390; p = 0.019 and r = 0.346; p = 0.039). The relationship between nutritional status (BMI/U), nutrition (consumption of junk food), and exposure to social media with adult contingents with significant early menarche showed a negative correlation (r = -0.350, p = 0.037; r = -0.400, p = 0.016; r = -0.402, p = 0.015). It is recommended for education managers to evaluate educational curricula with special attention to preparing children towards adulthood, campaigning for healthy living through social media and evaluating UKS programs and healthy canteens in collaboration with health workers and involving parents.
