Abstract
Konstruksi Hijau adalah cara yang digunakan dalam proses konstruksi, dengan tujuan mengurangi dampak negatif pada lingkungan yang ditimbulkan dari pelaksanaan konstuksi. PT Pembangunan Perumahan adalah pelopor pelaksanaan konstruksi hijau di Indonesia. Acuan pelaksanaan kontruksi hijau yang digunakan adalah Green Construction Target. Proyek Perpustakaan Modern Universitas Tanjungpura Kota Pontianak Kalimantan Barat adalah proyek yang mengimplementasikan konstruksi hijau dalam pelaksanaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hasil penilaian dan capaian keseluruhan konstruksi hijau dan indikator pekerjaan arsitektur pada Proyek Perpustakaan Modern Universitas Tanjungpura Kota Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif evaluatif dengan acuan Model Assessment Green Constructuction (MAGC). Hasil implementasi konstruksi hijau yang didapatkan adalah NGCEksisting 15,81 (72,1%) dari NGCMaksimum 21,92 (100%). NGCEksisting sudah memenuhi NGCTerbaik 15,47 (70,57%). Indikator pekerjaan arsitektur pada MAGC memberikan kontribusi sebanyak 70 indikator (49,2%) dari total 142 indikator. NGCEksisting mendapat peningkatan setelah dilakukan rekomendasi pada indikator pekerjaan arsitektur yang belum diimplementasikan menjadi 18,72 (85,4%). Peningkatan hasil capaian konstruksi yang terjadi sebesar 2,91 (13,2%) dari nilai eksisting.
English Abstract
Green Construction is a method used in the construction process, with the aim of reducing the negative impact on the environment arising from the implementation of construction. PT Pembangunan Perumahan is a pioneer in implementing green construction in Indonesia. The reference for implementing green construction used Green Construction Target. Modern Library Project Tanjungpura University Pontianak City West Borneo is a project that implements green construction in its implementation. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the overall assessment and achievement of green construction and architectural work indicators on Tanjungpura University Modern Library Project in Pontianak City. The research method used descriptive evaluative with reference to the Model Green Construction Assessment (MAGC). The results of the implementation of the green construction obtained were NGCEksisting 15.81 (72.1%) of NGCMax 21.92 (100%). NGCEksisting has fulfilled the best NGC 15.47 (70.57%). Architectural work indicators on the MAGC contributed 70 indicators (49.2%) from 142 indicators. NGCEksisting received an increase after recommendations were made on architectural work indicators that had not been implemented to 18.72 (85.4%). The increase in the results of construction achievements that occurred amounted to 2.91 (13.2%) of the existing value.
