Abstract

Sepeda merupakan alat transpoprtasi alternatif ramah lingkungan yang digemari masyarakat terutama di Kabupaten Kediri sepeda masih dijadikan kendaraan yang digunakan sebagian dari masyarakatnya. Menurut data dari Sistem Informasi Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Polda Jawa Timur, jumlah kecelakaan sepeda terbesar yang terjadi di Jawa timur berada di Kabupaten Kediri dengan rincian pada Tahun 2015 terdapat 120 kejadian, pada tahun 2016 terdapat 94 kejadian, pada tahun 2017 terdapat 116 kejadian dan pada bulan Januari-April 2018 terdapat 41 kejadian. Potensi tingginya kecelakaan di Kabupaten Kediri dikarenakan tinngginya beda kecepatan antara kendaraan bermotor dan tidak bermotor dan bercampurnya semua jenis kendaraan pada satu ruas jalan yang sama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk : (1) Mengetahui karakteristik pengguna sepeda di Kabupaten Kediri. (2) Mengetahui karakteristik kecelakaan lalu lintas yang melibatkan pengguna sepeda di Kabupaten Kediri. (3) Membuat model prediksi kecelakaan pengguna sepeda di Kabupaten Kediri. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif Frekuensi dan Generalized Linear Model. Analisis Deskriptif Frekuensi digunakan untuk mencari karakteristik pengendara dan karakteristik kecelakaan yang melibatkan pengguna sepeda. Generalized Linear Model digunakan untuk mencari model prediksi kecelakaan sepeda yang terjadi pada kondisi jalan dan lalu lintas tertentu serta mencari variable yang berpengaruh terhadap kecelakaan lalu lintas khususnya sepeda. Lokasi studi berjumlah 7 ruas jalan yang memiliki angka kecelakaan cukup tinggi di kabupaten Kediri pada kondisi 2015 sampai 2018 ( Januari – April). Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah survei karakteristik geometrik dan survei lalu lintas. Survei lalu lintas yang dilaksanakan diantaranya survei volume lalu lintas dan survei kecepatan sesaat. Pelaksanaan survei volume lalu lintas dan survei kecepatan dilakukan berdasarkan waktu kejadian terbanyak data dari Polda Jawa Timur yaitu pukul 06.00-09.00 WIB. Survei dilaksanakan pada hari libur dan hari kerja. Hasil analisis data kecelakaan menyatakan bahwa karakteristik pengguna sepeda di Kabupaten Kediri adalah mayoritas laki-laki mencapai 67,1% dengan rentan usia yang tidak diketahui sebanyak 31% dengan pekerjaan wiraswasta sebanyak 41,8%. Sedangangkan karakteristik kecelakaan yang melibatkan pengendara sepeda terjadi pada rentang waktu 06:00-11:59 sebanyak 62,34% dengan kondisi cuaca cerah (92,4%), mayoritas korban mengalami luka ringan (75,9%) dengan taksiran kerugian materil yang dialami korban < Rp 200.000 (48,4%). Mayoritas kecelakaan yang terjadi adalah kecelakaan double (96,5%) dan terjadi di kondisi geometric lurus (84,5%). Model prediksi kecelakaan

English Abstract

Bicycle is an environmentally friendly alternative transportation which is favored by people especially at Kediri district where bicycle becomes transportation used by some people. Based on data from Regional Police Traffic Accident System East Java, the biggest number of bicycle accident happens in East Java, Kediri district with the detail in 2015 there were 120 accidents, in 2016 there were 94 accidents, in 2017 there were 116 accidents, and in January-April 2018 there were 41 accidents. The high potential number of accident at Kediri District was caused by high speed difference between motor and non-motorized vehicles and mixed of all types of vehicles in one road. The research purposes are: (1) to know the characteristic of bicycle users at Kediri district. (2) To know the characteristic of traffic accident that involves bicycle users at Kediri district. (3) To make the model of bicycle user accidents at Kediri District. The research method used was descriptive Frequency and Generalized Linear Model analysis. Descriptive frequency analysis is used to find out the characteristic of bicycle users and bicycle accidents involving bicycle users. Generalized Linear Model was used to find out the model of bicycle accidents that happen on certain road and traffic condition, and to find out influential variable towards traffic accidents especially bicycle. The locations of study were 7 roads that have high number of accidents at Kediri district in 2015 to 2018 (January-April). The data collection conducted was survey the characteristic of geometric and traffic. Traffic survey conducted was survey the traffic volume and momentary speed. The survey of traffic volume and speed was conducted based on the time of most occurrences from Regional Police East Java from 06.00-09.00 WIB. Survey was conducted on weekend and weekday. The result of accident data stated that the characteristics of bicycle users at Kediri district were male as the majority for about 67,1% with unknown age range for about 31%, the entrepreneurial work for about 41,8%. Besides, the characteristics of accidents that involve bicycle user is occurred in the span of time 06:00-11:59 for about 62,34% with the condition of sunny weather (92,4%), the majority of the victim who experienced minor injuries (75,9%) with the estimated material loss experienced by the victim < Rp. 200.000 (48,4%).
