Abstract
Lansia perlu diperhatikan secara khusus kesehatannya karena merupakan kelompok yang rentan terhadap masalah kesehatan. Upaya untuk mempertahankan kesehatan lansia adalah dengan aktif berkunjung ke posyandu lansia. Salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi pada kunjungan lansia ke posyandu adalah dukungan keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kunjungan lansia ke posyandu di Kelurahan Lowokwaru Puskesmas Kendalsari Kota Malang. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan check list buku daftar hadir atau register lansia di posyandu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar lansia memiliki dukungan keluarga yang cukup dengan kunjungan lansia ke posyandu dikategorikan aktif yaitu 33 lansia (49,3%). Hasil subvariabel dukungan keluarga yaitu dukungan instrumental: keluarga kurang mengantar lansia ke posyandu, dukungan informasional: kategori baik keluarga tidak masa bodoh jika lansia bertanya tentang posyandu lansia, dukungan penilaian: keluarga kurang memberikan hadiah kepada lansia dan dukungan emosional: kategori baik yaitu keluarga menanyakan kegiatan apa yang dilakukan lansia di posyandu. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi-square dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 dengan p value 0,05 (0,001<0,05). Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kunjungan lansia ke posyandu lansia di Kelurahan Lowokwaru Puskesmas Kendalsari Kota Malang. Diharapkan kepada keluarga untuk mengantar lansia ke posyandu sehingga kesehatan lansia tetap terpantau.
English Abstract
Elderly people need special attention to their health because they are a group that is vulnerable to health problems. Efforts to maintain the health of the elderly are actively visiting the elderly posyandu. One of the factors that contributed to the elderly's visit to the posyandu was family support. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support with elderly visits to the posyandu in the Lowokwaru Village of Kendalsari Community Health Center, Malang City. The method of this research is descriptive correlative with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Data collection is done using a questionnaire and check list of attendance lists or elderly register at the posyandu. The results showed that the majority of the elderly had sufficient family support with elderly visits to the posyandu categorized as active, namely 33 elderly (49.3%). The subvariable results of family support are instrumental support: families do not deliver the elderly to the posyandu, informational support: the category of both families is not ignorant if the elderly ask about posyandu for the elderly, assessment support: families do not give gifts to the elderly and emotional support: good categories namely families asking about activities what the elderly do at the posyandu. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test with a significance value of 0.001 with p value 0.05 (0.001 <0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between family support and elderly visits to the elderly posyandu in the Lowokwaru Urban Village, Kendalsari Health Center, Malang City. It is expected that the family will take the elderly to the posyandu so that the health of the elderly is monitored.
