Abstract
Self Compating Concrete (SCC) atau beton yang dapat memadat sendiri adalah varian beton yang memiliki tingkat pengerjaan yang tinggi tetapi tidak memerlukan perlakuan khusus seperti beton normal. Pada umumnya Beton Normal memerlukan alat berupa vibrator untuk membantu proses pemadatan agar beton tidak mengalami segresi. Untuk mencegah hal terebut maka digunakanlah zat kimia bernama Superplasticizer. Pada penelitian ini pembuatan SCC digunakan untuk memanfaatkan potensi material agregat kasar daur ulang atau biasa disebut RCA (Recylcled Coarse Aggregate) dan juga tulangan berupa Bambu Pilin dengan dilakukanya Uji Pull Out atau sering disebut uji kuat lekat.. Agregat kasar daur ulang memiliki 80% kuat lekat dan 80% kuat tekan yang lebih rendah daripada agregat kasar alami. Sedangkan Tulangan bambu yang dipilin memiliki kekuatan tarik sebesar 60% lebih rendah daripada agregat kasar alami. Pada pengujian pull out bambu tegangan lekat tidak dapat diketahui karena tulangan terlebih dahulu mengalami kegagalan dan tidak terjadi keruntuhan cabut, tetapi hasil dari data didapatkan digunakan sebagai hasil uji Tarik bambu pilin dan dapat diketahui kuat Tarik tulangan bambu tersebut.
English Abstract
Self Compating Concrete (SCC) or compacted concrete itself is a concrete variant that has a high level of workmanship but does not require special treatment such as normal concrete. In general, Normal Concrete requires a device in the form of a vibrator to assist the compaction process so that the concrete does not experience segregation. To prevent this from happening, a chemical called Superplasticizer is used. In this study, the making of SCC was used to utilize the potential of coarse recycled aggregate material or commonly called RCA (Recylcled Coarse Aggregate) and also reinforcement in the form of Bamboo Twisted with a Pull Out Test or often called a test of sticky strength Recycled coarse aggregates have 80% adhesion strength and 80% compressive strength lower than natural coarse aggregates. Whereas twisted bamboo bends have a tensile strength of 60% lower than natural coarse aggregates. In pull out testing, sticky stress cant be known because the reinforcement first fails and no collapse occurs, but the results of the data obtained are used as test results Pull the gyre bamboo and can be known to pull the bamboo reinforcement.
