Abstract

PT. Temprina Media Grafika merupakan bagian dari Jawapos Group yang bergerak dibidang jasa percetakan dan packaging. Layanan percetakan disediakan menggunakan teknologi grafika terkini seperti mesin cetak berteknologi tinggi sehingga mendukung mutu dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Dengan teknologi percetakan yang cukup canggih sampai saat ini PT. Temprina belum memiliki sebuah sistem pemesanan produk yang mengintegrasikan data customer pada tiap divisi dan seluruh cabang. Data customer yang tidak terintegrasi dengan baik akan menimbulkan waktu lebih bagi pegawai untuk menangani hal tersebut. Selain masalah tersebut, terdapat masalah dengan kurangnya informasi yang diberikan terkait tahap produksi barang pesanan pada customer. Jika customer ingin informasi keadaan pesananya harus menghubungi atau datang langsung pada cabang PT. Temprina Media Grafika. Melihat permasalahan yang diatas terkait dengan integrasi data customer yang belum optimal dan untuk membangun hubungan baik dengan customer dapat diselesaikan dengan pengembangan sistem informasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan zachman framework. Luaran dari penelitian ini adalah purwarupa sistem pemesanan produk hasil dari penerapan 4 perspektif yang digunakan yaitu perspektif planner, owner/analyst, designer, dan builder. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan memiliki 24 kebutuhan fungsional yang mendukung proses pemesanan produk. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian pada purwarupa sistem pemesanan produk dengan blackbox testing dengan 38 test case, pengujian compatibility dengan menggunakan software sortsite dan pengujian terakhir yaitu user acceptance test. Dari hasil pengujian perangkat lunak yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi ini layak untuk digunakan.

English Abstract

PT. Temprina Media Grafika is part of Jawapos Group engaged in printing and packaging services. Printing services are provided using the latest graphic technology such as high-tech printing machines so as to support the quality and quality of the products produced. With sophisticated printing technology, currently PT. Temprina has not applied a product ordering system that integrates customer data in every division and all branches. Not-well-integrated customer data will take longer time to handle it for employees. Besides the problem, there are problems with the lack of information given regarding the production stage of ordered items to customers. If the customer wants to get information about the state of the items, the customer must contact or come to the branch of PT. Temprina Media Grapfika directly. By considering the problem above which is related to not optimal customer data integration and to build good relationships with customers can be solved by developing information systems. The method used for developing information systems, namely the Zachman Framework. The output of this research is the product ordering system prototype which is the result of implementation of 4 perspectives used, namely the perspective of planners, owner/analysts, designers, and builders. The information system developed has 24 functional requirements that support the product ordering process. Then, testing the product ordering system prototype with blackbox testing using 38 test cases, compatibility testing using sortsite software and the last test is user acceptance test. Based on the results of software testing conducted indicating that this information system is feasible to use
