Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk khususnya pada Kota Malang akan berimplikasi pada meningkatnya aktivitas dan pergerakan masyarakat serta menyebabkan kebutuhan transportasi menjadi semakin meningkat pula. Moda transportasi di Malang juga bervariasi mulai dari kendaraan pribadi hingga umum seperti taksi konvensional, dan sejak hadirnya transportasi online di kota malang yaitu tahun 2015 masyarakat sering kali menggunakan salah satu moda transportasi umum berupa taksi online untuk melakukan perjalanan. Namun taksi konvensional tidak terlepas dari suatu permasalahan dengan taksi online yaitu penetapan tarif yang bersaing sehingga meyebabkan penurunan minat penumpang terhadap taksi konvensional. Transportasi konvensional nampaknya masih kurang memenuhi kenyamanan pengguna sehingga mereka lebih memilih menggunakan kendaraan pribadi atau transportasi online. Penelitian ini di fokuskan pada pengguna grabcar dengan wilayah penelitian khusus kota Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengguna grabcar di Malang, mengetahui kinerja pelayanan grabcar di Malang serta mengetahui model pemilihan moda antara taksi konvensional dan grabcar di daerah Kota Malang. Objek yang diteliti adalah penumpang yang pernah menggunakan grabcar dan taksi konvensional dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja pelayanan dan metode Stated Preference untuk mengetahui pemilihan moda antara garbcar dan taksi konvensional. Untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non proobability sampling sebanyak 425 responden dimana setiap individu dalam populasi itu mempunyai kesempatan/peluang yang sama untuk dipakai menjadi anggota sampel. Untuk perhitungan jumlah sempel minimum didapatkan dari rumus cohort. Hasil rekapitulasi karakteristik penumpang yaitu penumpang dengan usia 21-25 (43,764%) dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki (59,294%) serta berpendidikan terakhir SMU (45,647%) dengan jenis pekerjaan pelajar/mahasiswa (58,823%), pendapatan responden 3- 5 juta per bulan (35,764%), rata-rata penghasilan keluarga 3-5 juta per bulan (31,529%), pengeluaran responden <1 juta per bulan (36,941%), dengan maksud perjalanan untuk sekolah/kuliah (71,764%), frekuensi perjalanan rata-rata <1 kali dalam seminggu (37,411%), jasa kendaraan roda empat yang digunakan adalah grabcar (84,705%) dan dengan biaya pribadi (99,294%). Alasan menggunakan GrabCar karena biaya yang dikeuarkan murah dengan persentase (54,117%) dan perkiraan biaya yang diberikan oleh responden sebesar Rp 10.000-15.000 (32,470%) serta keunggulan GrabCar adalah biaya terjangkau sebesar (58,117%) dan biasanya responden berangkat pagi (06.00-11.00) sebesar (51,764%). Untuk tingkat kesesuaian kinerja operasional yang diukur dengan IPA diperoleh 1 atribut pada kuadran I (perbaikan kinerja) yaitu layanan asuransi (5). English Abstract

The increase in population, especially in the city of Malang will have implications for the situation and the transfer of people and cause transportation needs to increase as well. The modes of transportation in Malang also vary from private to public vehicles such as conventional taxis, and since the presence of online transportation in Malang, namely in 2015 the community often uses one of the modes of public transportation such as online taxis to travel. However, conventional taxes are inseparable from online taxi transactions, which are tariffs that compete with me. Conventional transportation seems to be still very lacking. User convenience They prefer to use private vehicles or online transportation. This research was conducted on GrabCar users with a special research area in the city of Malang and imposed individual regulations 46 of 2014 concerning minimum service standards for the transportation of people with public vehicles not on routes. This study aims to find out information on GrabCar users in Malang, find out the performance of GrabCar services in Malang and find out the modal selection model between conventional taxis and GrabCar in Malang City area. Primary data collection is done by using questionnaires in the city of Malang, the Importance Performance Analysis questionnaire method obtained from 425 prospective passengers and who have used GrabCar. For the Implied Preference questionnaire method will be conducted to recognize both conventional taxis and GrabCar. For sampling using a probability sampling method where each individual in the population has an opportunity. For the calculation of the minimum sample number, specify the cohort formula. The results of the recapitulation of passenger characteristics were passengers with results of 21-25 (43.764%) with male gender (59.24%) and last educated high school (45.67%) with the type of work of students (58.823%), respondents had 3-5 million per month (35,764%), the economic average of the family is 3-5 million per month (31,529%), the number of respondents is <1 million per month (36,941%), with the intention of going to school / college (71,764%), average travel frequency - average <1 times a week (37.411%), wheelchair services that are grabcar (84.705%) and with personal costs (99.24%). The reason for using GrabCar is because the costs can be incurred with a percentage (54.117%) and the amount of fees provided by respondents is Rp 10,000-15,000 (32,470%) and GrabCar profits are affordable costs (58,117%) and respondents usually leave early (6:00 to 11:00 ) amounting to (51,764%). The operational compliance level in accordance with the Science of GrabCar between the level of satisfaction and the level of benefits of the results of GrabCar's work is quite satisfactory.
