Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi minat individu untuk melakukan pembelian e-ticketing pada situs Traveloka. Model yang diusulkan memiliki faktor – faktor dari Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survei yaitu kuesioner. Responden adalah 294 mahasiswa aktif Strata Satu dari Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Brawijaya. Data penelitian dan hipotesis dianalisis menggunakan model persamaan structural (SEM) berdasarkan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minat individu untuk melakukan pembelian eticketing pada situs Traveloka dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kepercayaan, persepsi nilai harga, dan persepsi lingkungan sosial. Sebaliknya, persepsi risko tidak mempengaruhi minat individu untuk melakukan pembelian e-ticketing pada situs Traveloka. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kepercayaan, persepsi nilai harga, dan persepsi lingkungan sosial, maka akan semakin tinggi efek terhadap pembelian e-ticketing pada situs Traveloka
English Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the factors that influence the behavioral intention of individuals in the purchase of e-ticketing on the Traveloka web site. The proposed model has factors from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2). This research is a quantitative research and the data was collected using survey method through questionnaires. The respondents are 294 active undergraduates from the Accounting Department in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Brawijaya University. The research data and hypothesis were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) based on partial least squares (PLS). The research findings mainly indicate that behavioral intention of individuals to purchase eticketing on the Traveloka web site is significantly and positively influenced by perceived ease of use, trust, price value, social influence. In contrast, perceived risk does not affect the behavioral intention of individuals to purchase e-ticketing on the Traveloka web site. Thus, it can be conclude that the higher perceived ease of use, trust, price value and social influence means a higher the effect on the intention to purchase e-ticketing on Traveloka web site.
