Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja dari PT. Bank XY dengan menggunakan pendekatan ke empat perspektif balanced scorecard, yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Pendekatan balanced scorecard digunakan sebagai alat pengukuran kinerja dalam penelitian ini karena balanced scorecard mampu mengukur kinerja aspek finansial dan aspek non-finansial. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis komparatif digunakan dala penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kinerja antar periode. Hasil pengukuran menujukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kinerja PT. Bank XY sudah cukup baik dilihat dari empat perspektif balanced scorecard. Analisis pada perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil yang baik. Analisis pada perspektif keuangan dan pelanggan dinilai cukup. Sedangkan, analisis pada perspektif proses bisnis internal dinilai kurang. PT. Bank XY masih harus melakukan peningkatan pada beberapa aspek seperti market share, AETR, dan layanan purna jual.
English Abstract
This research aims to measure the performance of PT. Bank XY according to the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, and learning & growth perspective. This research used the balanced scorecard approach for performance measurement because the balanced scorecard is able to measure organizational performance from both financial and non-financial aspects. This research was conducted by collecting primary and secondary data. Comparative analysis was used in this research to evaluate the performance of PT. Bank XY between periods. The performance measurement results showed that the overall performance of PT. Bank XY is good enough, seen from the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard. The learning and growth perspective analysis showed good results. The financial and customer analysis showed adequate results. Meanwhile, PT. Bank XY is considered to have inadequate performance in the internal business process perspective and needs to improve in some aspects, especially in market share, AETR, and after-sales service.
