Abstract
Tujuanpenelitianiniyaitu: 1.untukmenganalisispengaruhpenggunaanteknologiinformasiterhadapkinerjapegawai PT.PLN (persero) Unit PelaksanaTransmisi (UPT) Malang 2.untukmenganalisispengaruhpenggunaanteknologiinformasiterhadapkinerjajikadikait kandengan stress kerja pada pegawai PT.PLN (persero) Unit PelaksanaTransmisi (UPT) Malang.Jenispenelitiandalampenyusunanskripsiiniadalahpenelitianpenjelasan (explanatory research). Adapundalampenelitianini yang menjadipopulasiadalahkaryawan pada PT.PLN (persero) Unit PelaksanaTransmisi (UPT) Malang Teknik analisis data yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahanalisisstatistikdeskriptif dan uji Moderated Regresi Analysis (MRA).Berdasarkanhasilanalisisdapatdiketahuibahwapenggunaanteknologiinformasi mempengaruhikinerjapegawai PT.PLN (persero) Unit PelaksanaTransmisi (UPT) Malang. Artinyasemakinbaikpenggunaanteknologiinformasimakakinerjapegawaisemakinmeni ngkat. Hasil analisis Moderated Regresi Analysis (MRA) dapatdiketahuibahwapenggunaanteknologiinformasidenganmoderasistreskerjamampu mneingkatkankinerjapegawai PT.PLN (persero) Unit PelaksanaTransmisi (UPT) Malang. English Abstract
The purpose of this study are: 1. to analyze the effect of the use of information technology on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Transmission Implementation Unit (UPT) Malang 2. to analyze the effect of using information technology on performance when associated with work stress on PT PLN employees ( persero) Transmission Implementation Unit (UPT) Malang. This type of research in the preparation of this paper is explanatory research. As for this study the population is employees at PT PLN (Persero) Transmission Implementation Unit (UPT) Malang The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the use of information technology affects the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Transmission Implementation Unit (UPT) Malang. This means that the better the use of information technology, the better performance of employees. The results of the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis show that the use of information technology with job stress moderation can improve the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Transmission Implementation Unit (UPT) Malang. This means that the use of information technology with moderated controlled work stress can improveemployee performance.
