Abstract
SIAKAD Polinema dibuat untuk dapat membantu mempermudah kinerja dari pihak akademik dan mahasiswa dalam mengorganisir dokumen, file, dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan akademik,perlu dilakukan evaluasi kualitas layanan dan tingkat penerimaan mahasiswa pada sistem informasi akademik politeknik negeri malang. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua metode yaitu Webqual 4.0 dan Technology Acceptance Model 1.0 yang terdiri atas variabel usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, behavioral intention, actual system usage. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang kemudian hasilnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa untuk variabel perceived usefulness memiliki rata-rata persentase sebesar 71,6%, untuk variabel perceived ease of use memiliki rata-rata persentase sebesar 71,5%, Attitude Toward Using memiliki rata-rata persentase sebesar 71,9%, behavior intention memiliki rata-rata persentase sebesar 73,9%, actual system usage memiliki ratarata persentase sebesar 71,4%, usability memiliki rata-rata persentase sebesar 67%, information quality memiliki rata-rata persentase sebesar 72,9%, dan variabel service interaction quality memiliki rata-rata persentase sebesar 70,8% dari rata-rata persentase tersebut dapat dimasukkan kedalam kategori tinggi. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan adalah meningkatkan semua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.
English Abstract
SIAKAD Polinema is made to ease the performance of the academic authorities and students in organizing documents, files, and matters related to academic. It is necessary to evaluate the quality of service and rate of admission to the information system in Politeknik Negeri Malang. The analysis was performed with two methods: Webqual 4.0 and Technology Acceptance Model 1.0 which consists of variable usability, information quality, and service interaction quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, behavioral intention, actual system usage. The data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents which the results were analyzed using descriptive analysis method. The result were 71.6% for the perceived usefulness derived variables, 71.5% for the variable perceived ease of use, 71.9 % for the Attitude Toward Using, 73.9% for behavior intention, 71.4% for the actual system usage, 67% for usability, 72.9 % for the information quality , and 70.8% for variable service quality interaction. Those results could be incorporated into the high category. The recommendation that can be given is increasing all of the variables which used in this study.
