Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu para pengguna sepeda motor dan pekerja bengkel sepeda motor untuk mengidentifikasi kerusakan pada sepeda motor berdasarkan gejala kerusakan yang dialami oleh sepeda motor. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah pengguna sepeda motor, maka sepeda motor yang akan mengalami kerusakan semakin meningkat sedangkan jumlah pakar masih terbatas. Terbatasnya jumlah pakar yang ada untuk memperbaiki sepeda motor akan memakan waktu yang lama untuk mengidentifikasi dan memperbaiki kerusakan pada sepeda motor. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sebuah sistem aplikasi yang dapat mengidentifikasi kerusakan pada sepeda motor dengan menggunakan metode Certainty Factor. Sehingga akan mempermudah dan menyingkat waktu perbaikan sepeda motor tanpa perlu mengidentifikasi lagi dimana kerusakannya. Aplikasi ini memperlukan masukan berupa gejala-gejala apa saja yang dialami oleh pengguna. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan skenario pengujian yang membandingkan nilai akurasi hasil kuesioner pakar dengan aplikasi sistem. Pada pengujiannya didapatkan nilai akurasi yang cukup baik sebesar 73,3%. Nilai akurasi tersebut membuktikan bahwa penelitian ini masih memiliki peluang untuk dilakukan pengembangan lebih lanjut.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to help motorcycle riders and mechanics to identify the breakdowns of motorcycle based on symptoms. By the increasing number of riders, therefore motorcycles that is brokendown will also be increased, while the experts are limited. Limited number of experts to repair the motorcycles will spend long time to identify and repair the motorcycles. Hence, this study is done to make an application system to identify the breakdowns of motorcycle with Certainty Factor methods. So that will make it easier and shorten the time to repair a motorcycle without identify the breakdowns manually. This application requires inputs such as symptoms that is experienced by the motorcycle riders. The evaluation of this study use the testing scenario that compare the value of accuracy from the result of the expert questionnaires with application system. On the test, obtained the value of accuracy that is pretty good with 73,3%. This value proves that this study still have opportunities to be developed even further.
