Abstract
Pada tanggal 17 Juni 2010, Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) meluncurkan perangkat sistem rating bangunan hijau GREENSHIP 1.0. Dikatakan perangkat rating ini khas Indonesia karena dirumuskan dan disusun dengan menyesuaikan kondisi dan kebutuhan lokal Indonesia oleh tenaga ahli dan profesional dari tim rating dan teknologi GBCI. Standar yang ingin dicapai dalam penerapan GREENSHIP adalah terjadinya suatu bangunan hijau yang ramah lingkungan. Sistem rating ini merupakan suatu perangkat yang berisi butir- butir dari aspek penilaian yang disebut rating dan setiap butir rating mempunyai nilai (credit point/ poin penilaian).Pada aspek penilaian GREENSHIP GBCI terdapat enam kategori, antara lain: Appropriate Site Development (ASD), Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC), Water Conservation (WAC), Material Resources and Cycle (MRC), Indoor Health and Comfort (IHC), dan Building Environment Management (BEM). Sesuai Greenship untuk gedung terbangun (existing building), perhitungan rating green building didasarkan pada unsur-unsur, antara lain : rating prasyarat, rating biasa, dan rating bonus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan wawancara terhadap pengguna gedung mengenai aspek konservasi air dan efisiensi energi. Masing- masing aspek memiliki tolak ukur tersendiri yang akan mendapat score apabila terpenuhi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pemeberian rekomendasi terhadap score yang didapat pada rating tools. x Hasil assesment pada Aspek Water Conservation yang telah dilakukan mendapaatkan hasil bahwa Gedung Rektorat Universitas Brawijaya mendapatkan nilai 1 poin yaitu pada tolak ukur Water Sub- Metering dari total maksimal adalah 20 sesuai yang ditetapkan oleh Greenship GBCI. Dari hasil penilaian yang dilakukan, total poin untuk konservasi energi adalah sebesar 2 poin dari total poin maksimal adalah 36. Poin yang didapat berasal dari pemenuhan butir 1 dan 2A pada system energy performance. Untuk rekomendasi aspek water conservation, sebaiknya pengelola gedung melakukan pengadaa SOP dan surat komitmen manajemen puncak, pengadaan filter air untun pantry, melakukan analisis kualitas air bangunan secara berkala, mengurangi penggunaan air yang bersumber dari air tanah maupun PDAM, mengganti kran konvensional dengan fitur auto stop. Sedangkan untuk rekomendasi aspek energy efficiency, pengelola gedung disarankan melakukan komisioning ulang secara berkala, melakukan pengadaan terhadap kWh meter yang terbagi menjadi sistem udara, sistem cahaya, dan lain lain. Disamping itu, pengelola gedung sebaiknya meriliskan SOP pemeliharaan sistem AC yang ada pada Gedung Rektorat Universitas Brawijaya serta mulai merancang kerangka untuk penggunaan sumber energi terbarukan. Berdasarkan hasil survey perilaku penghuni gedung terhadap konservasi air dan efisiensi eneergi, kesadaran dan perilaku responden terhadap penggunan energi yang dibatasi juga sudah baik.
English Abstract
On June 17 2010, Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) launched a green building rating system tool called GREENSHIP 1.0. The tool is claimed as typical for Indonesia because the tool was formulated and arranged by suiting the condition and needs of Indonesian locals by the experts and professional from rating and technology team of GBCI. The standard expected in GREENSHIP application is a green environment-friendly building. This rating system is a device containing items of assessment aspect called rating and each rating has point (credit point). In the assessment aspect of GREENSHIP GBCI, there are six categories, as follows: Appropriate Site Development (ASD), Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC), Water Conservation (WAC), Material Resources and Cycle (MRC), Indoor Health and Comfort (IHC), and Building Environment Management (BEM). As for GREENSHIP for existing building, green building rating assessment is based on following elements: precondition, regular, and bonus rating. This research is using survey and interview method with the building users about the water conservation and energy efficiency aspects. Each aspect holds different benchmarks with score if fullfilled. The result of this research is the recommendation over score gained through rating tools. Assessment results on Water Conservation Aspects that have been done to get the result that the UB Rectorate Building get a value of 1 point on Water Sub-Metering benchmark of the maximum total is 20 as set by Greenship GBCI. From the results of the assessment, the total points for energy conservation is 2 xii points from the maximum total points is 36. Points obtained from the fulfillment of items 1 and 2A in the energy performance system. To recommend the water conservation aspect, it is better for the building manager to procure the SOP and the letter of commitment of top management, the procurement of water filter for pantry, analyze the water quality of the building periodically, reduce the use of water from ground water and PDAM, replace the conventional faucet with auto stop feature. For the recommendation of energy efficiency aspect, the manager of the building is advised to do re-commissioning periodically, procure the kWh meter which is divided into air system, light system, and others. In addition, the building manager should release SOP maintenance of existing air conditioning system at UB Rectorate Building and start designing a framework for the use of renewable energy sources. Based on the results of the survey on the behavior of building residents of water conservation and energy efficiency, awareness and behavior of respondents to the use of restricted energy is also good.
