Abstract
Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan BUMN pada PT. Garuda Indonesia Tahun 2012-2014. Kinerja perusahaan tersebut dilihat dari aspek keuangan, berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) Nomor: PER-100/MBU/2002. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan BUMN pada PT. Garuda Indonesia Tahun 2012-2016 dilihat dari aspek keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah PT.Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Objek penelitian adalah Penilaian tingkat kesehatan BUMN non jasa keuangan bidang usaha transportasi penerbangan dengan fokus aspek keuangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, dengan dokumen berupa Laporan keuangan PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk tahun 2012-2016. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan rasio keuangan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis rasio indikator keuangan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Aspek Keuangan secara keseluruhan periode 2012-2016 mendapat total skor rasio secara berturut-turut sebesar 53, 54, 36.75, 49.25, dan 50.25.Hasil aspek keuangan ini menunjukkan secara keseluruhan kinerja berfluktuatif. Secara keseluruhan tingkat kesehatan PT. Garuda Indonesia tahun 2012-2016 mendapat penilaian Sehat predikat A. Dengan perincian tahun 2012 mendapat total skor 75% dengan mendapat predikat Sehat kategori A, sedangkan pada tahun 2013 mengalami kenaikan total skor yaitu menjadi 77% dengan mendapat predikat Sehat kategori A. Tahun 2014 dengan total skor yaitu menjadi 52% dengan mendapat predikat Kurang Sehat kategori BBB. Tahun 2015 dengan kinerja total skor yaitu menjadi 70% dengan mendapat predikat Sehat kategori A. Dan Tahun 2016 dengan total skor yaitu menjadi 71% dengan mendapat predikat Sehat kategori A.
English Abstract
The background in this study aims to look at the financial performance of state-owned companies at PT. Garuda Indonesia in 2012-2014. The company's performance is seen from the financial aspect, based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Number: PER-100/MBU/2002. In addition, this study also aims to determine the level of health of BUMN at PT. Garuda Indonesia in 2012-2016 seen from the financial aspect. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative methods. The subject of this research is PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The object of the research is the assessment of the level of health of non-financial SOEs in the field of aviation transportation business with a focus on financial aspects. The data collection technique used is documentation, with documents in the form of financial statements of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk in 2012-2016. Data analysis techniques used with financial ratios. The results of the study using ratio analysis of financial indicators show that: (1) Financial aspects as a whole for the period 2012-2016 get a total score ratio of 53, 54, 36.75, 49.25, and 50.25 respectively. The results of this financial aspect show overall performance fluctuate. Overall health level of PT. Garuda Indonesia in 2012-2016 received a healthy rating of predicate A. With the details in 2012, it received a total score of 75% with the title of Healthy category A, while in 2013 the total score increased to 77% with the title of Healthy category A. 2014 with the total score is 52% with the title of Less Healthy BBB category. In 2015, the total score was 70% with the title of Healthy category A. And 2016 with a total score of 71% with the title of Healthy category A.
