English Abstract
Broccoli is a plant that has increased of demand for high nutritional value such as vitamins A and C. Besides that, the previous research showed that broccoli contains glucosinate(Mukherjee, Gangopadhyay and Das, 2007). Broccoli can prevent some diseases such as cancer, heart disease, obesity diabetes, and hypertension (Lin and Chang, 2005). On the cultivation of broccoli,variety is very important target to be reached by farmers because variety is one of factor to obtain the optimal of results of production. In this experiment, the researcherwill compare between Green Royaland Green magicvarieties. Adisarwanto, (2006) argued that to achieve high production is determined by the potential of varieties. Potential of varieties is influenced by the interaction between genetics (varieties) with the management of environmental conditions. If l the management environment is not well, the high production potential of these varieties will not be achieved. Giving input in the form of organic fertilizer on the ground can change and improve the characteristic of the ground, like physical, chemical and biological of the ground. Some chemical of the ground such as soil acidity, nutrient deficiencies and the bad of physical of the ground can be balanced by giving little organic fertilizers, especially in the form of fertilizer, compost and green fertilizer. This experiment using Design Grid Divided by Plot main one varieties and child plot doses of green manure, on the main plot there are 25 combinations and consists of 5 treatments and 5 replicates, the treatment consists of: Plot main varieties (V) with 2 types 1. varieties: V1: Royal green varieties, 2. V2: green magic varieties and Children plot 2 doses of green fertilizer (P) consists of 5 doses of P1: green fertilizer 0 t ha-1, P2: green fertilizer 5 t ha-1 , P3: green fertilizer 10 t ha-1, P4: green fertilizer 15 t ha-1, P5: green fertilizer 20 t ha-1 Experimental results of green manure doses and varieties gave interaction at the rate of plant growth and broccoli flower yield. The treatment of Green Green and Green Fertilizer 10 t ha-1gave optimal result but the highest result was obtained by fertilizer treatment with dose of t ha-1but not significantly different with the dose of green manure 15 t ha-1and t ha-1, this can be seen from the observation of the average weight of broccoli flower, for the treatment of the dosage of fertilizer 10 t ha-1and doses of 20 t ha-1obtained the result weighing (325.08) and (355.724) t ha-1. 20 t ha-1yielded greater yield compared to other green fertilizer doses for Green Magic varieties, this can be seen in the average weight of broccoli flowers, for the treatment of 20 t ha- 1obtained mean of (361,782), the mean was heavier than with the average treatment of other fertilizer doses
