Abstract
Dampak kesehatan yang ditimbulkan oleh residu pestisida menjadi perhatian bayak konsumen (WHO, 2018). Umumnya produk pertanian memberikan manfaat yang cukup banyak terhadap manusia. Salah satunya yakni sayur. Sayur merupakan sumber vitamin, serat dan antioksidan, akan tetapi sayur juga dapat menjadi sumber zat beracun akibat terdapat residu pestisida. Dampak kesehatan inilah yang menjadi perhatian banyak konsumen tentang keamanan pangan dan pemilihan produk yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Konsumen membutuhkan produk sayur yang memiliki residu pestisida yang rendah. Salah satu produk tersebut yakni sayur organik. Sayur organik dan produk organik lainnya umumnya dianggap lebih baik dalam segi kemanan pangan dan lebih ramah lingkungan. Tujuan penelitihan ini adalah menganalisis niat pembelian sayur organik oleh ibu hamil dengan pendekatan Theory of planned behavior. Responden yang dipilih adalah ibu hamil di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Structural EquationModelling-Parsial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil yang ditemukan pada penelitihan ini yakni sikap, norma subjektif, dan control perilaku mempunyai hubungan positif terhadap niat pembelian. akan tetapi pengetahuan tidak mempunyai hubungan positif terhadap niat pembelian. keempat konstruk tersebut yang paling berpengaruh yakni control perilaku. Selanjutnya yakni sikap dan norma subjektif. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh saran yang diberikan yakni meningkatkan kualitas pengetahuan mengenai produk sayur organik sehingga dapat meningkatkan niat pembelian sayur organik serta mengembangkan potensi hidup sehat untuk meningkatkan niat pembelian sayur organik.
English Abstract
Health impacts caused by pesticide residues are of concern to many consumers (WHO, 2018). Generally agricultural products provide considerable benefits to humans. One of them is vegetables. Vegetables are a source of vitamins, fiber and antioxidants, but vegetables can also be a source of toxic substances due to pesticide residues. This health impact is the concern of many consumers about food safety and the selection of products that are more environmentally friendly. Consumers need vegetable products that have low pesticide residues. One such product is organic vegetables. Organic vegetables and other organic products are generally considered better in terms of food security and more environmentally friendly. The purpose of this research is to analyze organic vegetable purchase intention by pregnant women with the Theory of planned behavior approach. The selected respondents were pregnant women in Malang City. This study uses a Structural Equation ModelingPartial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis tool. The results found in this research are attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control have a positive relationship to purchase intentions. but knowledge does not have a positive relationship to purchase intentions. the four constructs that are the most influential are behavioral control. Next are subjective attitudes and norms. Based on the results obtained the advice given is improving the quality of knowledge about organic vegetable products so as to increase the purchase intention of organic vegetables and develop the potential of healthy living to increase the purchase intention of organic vegetables
