Abstract

Tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) merupakan tanaman sayuran daun yang bentuknya mirip tanaman sawi dan juga merupakan kerabat dekat tanaman sawi. Pakcoy memerlukan unsur hara makro dan mikro untuk menyelesaikan masa hidupnya. Penggunaan unsur hara N pada tanaman pakcoy dapat menambah zat hijau daun yang digunakan untuk pembentukan asam amino dan protein. Penambahan urine sapi pada pembuatan pupuk organik cair menunjukkan peningkatan yang nyata terhadap kandungan N-total yang dihasilkan. Biourine adalah salah satu alternatif untuk mengurangi penggunaan pupuk anorganik (N,P,K) karena dapat meningkatkan keersediaan unsur hara dan efisiensi penyerapan hara bagi tanaman karena banyak mengandung organisme serta dapat meningkatkan hasil tanaman secara optimal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Mei 2018 hingga Juli 2018 di Dusun Dadapan, Desa Pandanrejo, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) sederhana dengan 8 perlakuan. P0 (tanpa biourine + tanpa Urea), P1 (biourine ( 216 ml + 10 l air)), P2 (biourine + pupuk urea 55 kg.ha-1), P3 (biourine + pupuk urea 110 kg.ha-1), P4 (biourine + pupuk urea 165 kg.ha-1), P5 (biourine + pupuk urea 220 kg.ha-1), P6 (biourine + pupuk urea 275 kg.ha-1), P7 (biourine + pupuk urea 330 kg.ha-1) dengan 3 kali ulangan. Pengamatan yang dilakukan meliputi : pengamatan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter tangkai daun dan luas daun dengan interval pengamatan 10 hari. Parameter hasil panen pada 35 hari setelah tanam meliputi bobot segar total per tanaman, bobot segar konsumsi per tanaman, bobot segar tanaman per hektar, bobot segar konsumsi per hektar dan indeks panen. Data pengamatan yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (uji F) pada taraf 5%. Apabila hasil uji diperoleh pengaruh perlakuan yang nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian biourine sapi dan pupuk urea berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy. Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan P5, P6 dan P7 pada semua parameter pertumbuhan yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun dan diameter bonggol. Hasil terbaik pada parameter hasil yang meliputi bobot segar total per tanaman, bobot segar konsumsi per tanaman, bobot segar tanaman per hektar, bobot segar konsumsi per hektar dan indeks panen juga diperoleh pada perlakuan P5 secara berturut memperoleh nilai rata-rata 515,72 gr, 492,59 gr, 25,78 ton,24,63 ton dan 0,94. Pemberian biourine sapi dengan penambahan pupuk urea sebanyak 220 kg ha-1 sudah dapat mengurangi penggunaan pupuk urea sebanyak 275 kg ha-1 dan 330 kg ha-1.

English Abstract

Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) is a leaf vegetable plant that looks like mustard plants and is also a close relative of mustard plants. Pakcoy needs macro and micro nutrients to complete his life. The use of N nutrients in pakcoy plants can add leaf green matter which is used for the formation of amino acids and proteins. The addition of cow urine in the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer showed a marked increase in the total N-content produced. Biourine is an alternative to reduce the use of inorganic fertilizers (N, P, K) because it can increase the availability of nutrients and the efficiency of nutrient absorption for plants because they contain many organisms and can improve crop yields optimally. The research was conducted in May 2018 to July 2018 in Dadapan Hamlet, Pandanrejo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. The study used simple Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 8 treatments. P0 (without biourine + without Urea), P1 (biourine (216 ml + 10 l water)), P2 (biourine + urea fertilizer 55 kg.Ha-1), P3 (biourine + urea fertilizer 110 kg.Ha-1), P4 (biourine + urea fertilizer 165 kg.Ha-1), P5 (biourine + urea fertilizer 220 kg.Ha-1), P6 (biourine + urea fertilizer 275 kg.Ha-1), P7 (biourine + 330 kg urea fertilizer) .ha-1) with 3 replications. Observations carried out included: observation of plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter and leaf area with 10 days observation interval. The yield parameters at 35 days after planting included total fresh weight per plant, fresh weight of consumption per plant, fresh weight of plants per hectare, fresh weight of consumption per hectare and harvest index. Observation data obtained were analyzed using variance analysis (F test) at the level of 5%. If the test results are obtained by the effect of a real treatment, then proceed with the LSD test at the level of 5%. The results showed that administration of beef biourine and urea fertilizer had an effect on the growth and yield of pakcoy plants. The best results were obtained in treatment P5 on all growth parameters, namely plant height, number of leaves, leaf area and tuber diameter respectively obtained an average value of 18.04 cm, 14 strands, 564.16 cm2 and 8.57 cm. The best results in the yield parameters including total fresh weight per plant, fresh weight of consumption per plant, fresh weight of plants per hectare, fresh weight of consumption per hectare and harvest index also obtained in treatment P5 respectively obtained an average value of 515.72 gr, 492.59 gr, 25.78 tons, 24.63 tons and 0.94 tons. The administration of beef biourine by adding 220 kg ha-1 of urea fertilizer has been able to reduce the use of urea fertilizer by 275 kg ha-1 and 330 kg ha-1.
