Abstract

Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar pada tahun 2013 mengemukakan bahwa Kecamatan Tawangmangu merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang masuk dalam kriteria kerentanan longsor dari sedang sampai tinggi. Bencana longsor di Kecamatan Tawangmangu berdampak pada kerusakan lahan pertanian, infrastruktur dan pemukiman masyarakat. Upaya mitigasi untuk meminimalisir adanya bencana longsor salah satunya dengan pemetaan lokasi yang rentan akan longsor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memetakan sebaran daerah rentan terhadap longsor di Kecamatan Tawangmangu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tawangmangu pada bulan November 2017 hingga Maret 2018. Terdapat 16 satuan peta lahan yang digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pengambilan titik sampel lapangan untuk menentukan karakteristik sifat jenis tanah. Satuan peta lahan dibuat berdasarkan metode tumpang tindih/ overlay yang terdiri dari peta kemiringan lereng, peta geologi dan peta bentuk lahan. Variabel yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memetakan kerentanan longsor meliputi kemiringan lereng, ketinggian tempat, penggunaan lahan, jenis tanah dan curah hujan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengkombinasian antara pendekatan logika fuzzy dan sistem informasi geografis. Pendekatan logika fuzzy digunakan untuk mengklasifikasian kerentanan longsor yang terbagi meliputi kriteria tidak rentan, rendah, sedang, tinggi dan sangat rentan. Kerentanan longsor di Kecamatan Tawangmangu berdasarkan hasil dari pendekatan logika fuzzy, terdapat 4 kriteria kerentanan longsor yang meliputi kriteria tidak rentan, rendah, sedang dan kerentanan tinggi. Kriteria tidak rentan berada di SPL 9, 7, 11, 10 dan 12, yang dicirikan dengan kemiringan lereng datar, penggunaan lahan sawah irigasi dan curah hujan <1750 mm/th, dominan terletak di Desa Bandardawung, Karanglo, Ngeblak dan Plumbon. Kriteria rendah berada di SPL 14, 3, 4, 5, 16, 8 dan 13, yang dicirikan dengan kemiringan lereng landai hingga agak curam, penggunaan lahan kebun dan curah hujan <1750 mm/th, dominan terletak di Desa Bandardawung, Sepanjang, Tengklik, Tawangmangu dan Gondosuli. Kriteria sedang dominan berada di SPL 2, 15 dan 1, yang dicirikan dengan kemiringan lereng agak curam hingga curam, penggunaan lahan pemukiman, semak dan curah hujan <1750 mm/th, terletak di Desa Tawangmangu, Kaliboro dan Blumbang. Kriteria tinggi terletak di SPL 14 yang dicirikan dengan kemiringan lereng dari curam hingga sangat curam, penggunaan lahan tegalan dan curah hujan >1750 – 2500 mm/th, dominan terletak di Desa Kaliboro dan Blumbang.

English Abstract

The Regional Disaster Management Agency of Karanganyar District in 2013 stated that the Tawangmangu Sub-district was one of the sub-districts that was included in the criteria for moderate to high landslide vulnerability. Landslide disasters in Tawangmangu Sub-district have an impact on damage to agricultural land, infrastructure and community settlements. Mitigation efforts to minimaze the occurance of landslides are one of them by mapping the landslide-prone locations. This study aims to identify and map the distribution of areas vulnerable to landslides in Tawangmangu Sub-district. This research was carried out in Tawangmangu Sub-district from November 2017 to March 2018. There are 16 units of land map that are used as a reference in taking field sample points to determine soil type characteristics. The land map unit is based on an overlap / overlay method consisting of slope maps, geological maps and landform maps. Variables used to identify and map landslide vulnerabilities include slope, altitude, land use, soil type and rainfall. The method used is a combination of fuzzy logic approaches and geographic information systems. The fuzzy logic approach is used to classify the landslide susceptibility which is divided into criteria not prone, low, medium, high and very vulnerable. Landslide susceptibility in Tawangmangu Sub-district is based on the results of the fuzzy logic approach, there are 4 landslide susceptibility criteria which include criteria for non-hazardous, low, moderate and high vulnerability. The criteria are not prone to be in the land map units 9, 7, 11, 10 and 12, which are characterized by a flat slope, irrigated rice field use and rainfall <1750 mm / year, predominantly located in Bandardawung, Karanglo, Ngeblak and Plumbon Villages. The low criteria are in the land map units 14, 3, 4, 5, 16, 8 and 13, which are characterized by slope to a rather steep slope, use of garden land and rainfall <1750 mm / year, dominantly located in Villages of Bandardawung, Sepanjang, Tengklik , Tawangmangu and Gondosuli. The criteria being dominant are in the land units 2, 15 and 1, which are characterized by a rather steep slope to steep slope, residential land use, bush and rainfall <1750 mm / year, located in the villages of Tawangmangu, Kaliboro and Blumbang. The height criteria are located in the land map unit 14 which is characterized by slope from steep to very steep, use of dry land and rainfall > 1750 - 2500 mm / year, dominantly located in the villages of Kaliboro and Blumbang
