Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi dan menjelaskan pengaruh gender, love of money dan religiusitas terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2014 dan 2015 jurusan akuntansi Universitas Brawijaya di Kota Malang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode kuisioner dengan teknik sampel non-probability sampling dengan total responden sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gender berpengaruh terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi. Variabel love of money berpengaruh negatif terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi. Variabel religiusitas berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi.
English Abstract
This study aims to predict and explain the influence of gender, religiosity, and love of money on the ethical perceptions of accounting students. The object of this research are the students of class of 2014 and 2015 of the accounting department at Brawijaya University in Malang. The method being used to collect the data is a questionnaire method with non-probability sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. While the method being used to analyze the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application. The test results shows that gender variable affect the ethical perceptions of accounting students. Whereas love of money variable has a negative effect on the ethical perception of accounting students. Furthermore, religiosity variable has a positive effect on the ethical perception of accounting students.
